Nestled in a lush green setting in the sought-after Porraja neighborhood, it promises a stay combining authenticity and charm.

The apartment features a large on-site parking area, a fully independent entrance, a private garden, and a spacious private terrace. A local family lives on the upper floor but uses separate access and facilities.
The sea is a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away, and Bastia can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
Hiking trails are accessible on foot directly from the villa.
You will also be able to explore all the treasures of Cap Corse and discover the places and people of this unique and authentic micro-region.
