Thank you for your positive review, we appreciate the fact that our renters love our location to the beach, our private pool, tanning ledge, hot tub/spa and the amenities inside our home. We try to keep the costs down by asking renters to be courteous to our home - to clean and dry what they use - silverware/dishes/cups and to wash & dry sheets/pillowcases and towels before they leave(detergent and bleach provided). Easy to do if you have 2 people sharing a bed. This can be time consuming if you have a large group. There are options available instead of doing the laundry at the end of your stay. 1) Renters may opt to pay for laundry service which is an extra $150.00 (renters must strip beds - bring all towels, sheets/pillowcases they have used to the laundry room). 2) Renters may bring their own sheets/pillows and towels. Most renters have opted to do the laundry before departure or bring their own, Few have paid for the laundry service. Several sets of renters have opted to bring their own sheets and pillows so they can pack up and check out. We try to be as accommodating as possible. We suggest renters take showers the night before check out so they can wash/dry the beach and bath towels that night so the morning of check out they can do the sheets/pillow cases. 1 king set of sheets, the other 5 beds( 2 fulls, 3 queens) can take queen sheets if you don't have fulls. Thank you for your positive review. We have ring cameras for safety when renters are not present - most rentals have cameras for that exact reason. We do not have someone monitoring the cameras while the renters are there. Footage can be reviewed if there is an issue.

Thank you for your stellar review, we are very excited to offer a pool/spa/tanning ledge for our future guests. Our location is the best of both worlds without crowded beaches. It is so nice to be able to walk to the beach and immediately find a spot to set up your area - play volleyball, paddle ball, football, badminton, etc. without having people step over you or your belongings. There are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and cute shops within a mile of our home - such a wonderful location.

We agree that the location close to the beach and our home's space is fantastic! It's so nice that we don't have to share a pool/hot tub or wait for an elevator to start our day.

Thank you for your 5 star review, we strive to give our guests a well appointed home for their stay. We absolutely ask for an additional deposit for spa/pool heat, not for cleaning. If the guests would like more than 1 hour of spa heat/day or if they would like the pool to be heated this is when we request the deposit. Most renters do not wish to have more spa heat during the hot summer months but they do request it for the winter months. We rent year round and feel that this is the most equitable way to handle the costs for heating the spa/pool. It is all in the contract - please read the contract. The remainder of the deposit is returned to the renter - this renter received their full deposit back.

Thank you for your 5 star review, we strive to provide our renters with memories to last a lifetime. The spa is a wonderful place to unwind after taking in all the tourist attractions PCB has to offer. We have full sets of sheets for each bed, we provide 10 full bath towel sets and 8 beach towels to provide a relaxing time at our home. We do ask our renters to help keep our staff healthy during times when safety protocols are required(i.e.. during Covid-19). Some guests are more comfortable brining their own sheets/towels which is perfectly acceptable. Thank You :)

Oh my goodness this review made me cry when I first read it. It is inaccurate and frustrating only because some people will not take the time to read it and instead immediately dismiss our rental. I ask you to please read all the reviews before discounting our rental due to this one review. We solved every complaint we received as so stated. These renters arrived on Saturday evening 7/19/25 and called us Sunday morning, 7/20/25 at 8:44am to tell us that our beautiful 3 year old, French door refrigerator was not working. We contacted a repair person who picked up and installed a new refrigerator by 12:30pm that same day. The repair person asked if the refrigerator or freezer was left open that night because the compressor failed, we can only assume it was left open and failed due to operator error. (Please see previous review which states that everything was in good operating condition) I called immediately after I received the renter's complaint about our neighbor's pool construction noise and halted it for them, which is why it stopped. Our pool became much warmer than it was when they arrived due to the renters adding water from the very hot 100' of black hose that was baking in the sun into the pool everyday. I had to ask them to please stop adding the hot water into the pool. We have an autofill which adds the appropriate amount of tap water when needed. The pool water was circulating at night while they were there so as not to be too loud - our pool operates well as long as people don't try to manipulate our system. The pool people come every week, either on Thursdays or Fridays to clean and maintain our pool. We label all of our shelving for renters to let us know if anything is missing when they arrive. It makes it so easy for our cleaning crew and others to put everything away. VRBO does not own the rentals you are renting, they're an advertising company. The homes advertised are usually owned by families who want to share their homes with others. All are different and operated independently. Hope this helps you to determine that we are hands on owners who take pride in our home and try to accommodate our renters. Thank you.

Thank you for your raving review. We fell in love with our location close to the beach access and our home's ability to accommodate our family of 8. The Gulf is so beautiful with its kaleidoscope of greens and blues colliding with the reds/oranges/yellows and purples during the breathtaking sunsets. The best part is the privacy of this area of the beach - no crowds - just soft white sand, water and waves. We Love It!!!
