This is a beautiful newly remodeled home in North Boulder located right in the course of the famous Bolder Boulder 10K race. A master suite on the second floor with a steam shower and soaking tub. Stunning views of the flatiron mountains. South facing, lots of sunshine, the two kid bedrooms on the first floor are cozy and sweet each with a queen bed. There is a separate tv room and a completely open floor plan with a large kitchen and living room. The backyard has spectacular views of the Flatirons, beautiful back patio with a grill, side burner and professional pizza oven. There is a brand new top of the line 4 person hot tub with 24-7 recirculating water and an inflatable cold plunge. The home is a 20 minute walk to downtown, 20 minute walk to Whole Foods, Target and more. There are 3 parks just minutes walk from our home.**Reservations are for families or related guests only. Please - no group requests.

Boulder Family Home with Great Design

We loved our graduation weekend in Boulder! For starters we had a great "home base" to host our family. The accomodations were perfect for all of us as the house was spacious, well designed and spotless as well. Our hosts left us a welcoming gift that was indicative of the care they put into their home and their concern for guests. My wife loved the bathtub in the master bedroom and I loved the outdoor deck that was just off the master. Our family gives a huge thumbs up to this house and our hosts!

We are a family of 4. We are very active and we love living in the center of town. We adore Boulder, CO and we love the area we live in. We walk everywhere we go...to the grocery store, the market, Pearl Street and more. We love to travel and we rent our house so we can afford to travel and explore other cultures. We love sharing our home with others.

We love our home and we take great care of it. I also love to cook so I have wonderful kitchen supplies and we are in the process of creating an amazing back patio with stunning planters, new grill, new pizza oven and more. The house receives so much sunshine and is very lived in.

The views of the flatirons from the master bedroom are superb. The house receives so much natural light. The addition of the hot tub and cold plunge are fabulous.
