Come stay at our beautiful home! This is our personal vacation spot when we want to disconnect and spend quality family time. We provide tons of yard games, board games, and this home has an awesome spacious yard for gathering and enjoyment. Our kitchen comes stocked with all of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans you'll need to keep your group fed.

We are very passionate about making sure your stay is a good one so message us with specific questions you have and we will be happy to help!

The space
Recently remodeled with new carpet and flooring. Very roomy with a ton of beds and extra beds as well.

Guest access
Absolutely no parking in the street. Utilize the front, the driveway with the garage, and also the space opposite of the driveway.

House rules:
• No shoes in the house please.
• No alcohol or loud partying.
• We do also expect that the property and everything inside and out will be treated with respect.

Great views

The view of the mountains are amazing. The deer come down and graze across the street. The area is great for walking and there are amazing mountain trails nearby. The Pine Valley Recreation area is within walking distance, and there are lots of games provided in the home.

Perfect!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, spacious, clean. Great for large gatherings or family reunions. The decor was homey and inviting, and the views from the wrap around porch were relaxing. The porch seating was ideal for conversations. You felt like you were in the woods, with all life's modern conveniences. If you're looking for a mountain retreat, this is your property. We'll certainly be booking here again!

Quiet and beautiful valley

We enjoyed our time together...large home with lots of room. Just a comment about trash....renters are supposed to remove all trash at end of visit and take to local dump. When we arrived, the trash from previous renters had not been removed. We had to haul their trash out to dump :(

So much potential!

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience. We contacted the host when we got to the home that the water heater was not working. They were quick to respond but they were unable to help since they don’t live locally. We quickly realized that there was a short in one of the water heaters and it had burned through the insulation. We turned off the breaker to the one water heater and tested the second one, it still didn’t work. We let the owners know. Unfortunately, there was nothing that they can do so they said that they would come the next day. They came in the middle of the morning, and they were unable to fix it. Instead of having a plumber, they tried to do it themselves. When they couldn’t fix it, they said they had bypassed to the second water heater but we told them that the 2nd one didn’t work either. They said that there was nothing they can do at this time. We spent the whole weekend without hot water. If you haven’t been in pine valley before the water is seriously finger numbing cold. In addition to this, the home has been beat up a bit. The BBQ grill had not been cleaned in a long time and you can see that it has already caused a fire on the deck. There was black smoke and melted vinyl siding all around it. Thankfully they had a griddle next to it that we were able to use. There was also a sharp corner on the countertop in the kitchen where a tile fell out and it’s sharp. I wish it would have been better

I’m sorry to hear about your stay. We’re sorry that the water heater wasn’t able to be fixed right away. Unfortunately, Pine Valley is a rural town and doesn’t have stores for parts, laborers, etc. And yes, the barbecue grill has melted some of the siding on the outside of the house. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control whether or not the guests pull it away from the house before they use it. This has resulted in siding damage.

Well designed home, amazing location

This home was comfortable, spacious and provided two separate areas where our group could sit and talk without excluding anyone. the kitchen was large and accommodated us without feeling crowded. The rooms were spacious and the two adjacent dining rooms allowed us to have our meals together and play boards games. The home also provided amenities the children enjoyed, ping pong, ladder ball, skee ball, air hockey, so that all members of our group could enjoy their free time. Excellent walking in the neighborhood and amazing hiking trails and federal BLM park nearby.

Amazing place

Such a great property with everything you could want and need and spectacular views of the valley. So much to do for kids and adults and able to accommodate so many different things like naps and games and reading. So worth it!

Pine Valley vacation

The property is very well kept, has extra activities like ping pong , air hockey, outdoor play equipment etc. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for a large group. Our family enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! Only issue was the internet wasn’t quite up to par.
