Oasis on the 9th is a custom 3,019 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please note that this custom home comes with a private pool and does not have access to The Ledges community pools or hot tubs.

This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line upgrades, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Whether you want to relax in the stylish bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the living room, this home offers a variety of spaces for your enjoyment.

For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into an entertaining area with multiple arcade games, a ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV with its own seating area. If you prefer to use the garage for parking, the seating area chairs can be easily moved to the side.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive will take you to various hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The region is renowned for its world-class rock climbing and rappelling opportunities, offering stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

The house was clean, the furniture is comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen cabinets were well-stocked. We especially appreciate the thoughtfulness of certain items supplied for us--toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher & laundry detergent. I normally have to pack or buy these items ahead of time, so it was great that these items available for us. The pool was so refreshing after a busy day of exploring.When looking at rental houses/condos, my biggest wish was that we had a nice view. Well, this house has a GREAT view. I wish our trip was longer, so that we could have enjoyed this house for a longer period of time. We were a group of 4 adults, and if we weren't so exhausted after our busy days, we would have really enjoyed playing in the garage. The guys did watch Sunday Night Football in the garage for a bit upon arrival.We did spend more on this rental than what we would have at a couple others that we were considering, but this house had so much more to offer, and we were glad we stayed here.The Ledges Golf course is also very nice and very well maintained.

From the cleanliness, amenities, location and amazing views you know your stay will be amazing. The staff makes sure that anything you need will be taken care of. We had a squeeky ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and within 20 minutes of calling maintenance they were there (ON July 4th no less) to take care of it. The pool was beautiful, clean and the perfect temperature. I want to stay again as soon as possible.

Family getaway

Family of six, with four kids ranging from 7-15 years of age, spent 5 days and 4 nights. We loved the property. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the arcade games. Would definitely stay here again.

View for Days!

Fantastic rental! The home, location and views are all incredible. The only concern is the potential to get hit with a golf ball, being that you're adjacent to the 9th hole fairway. That being said, I'd happily stay here again.

Excellent getaway

We loved how clean this home was when we arrived. The garage space was a bit hit and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The Ledges area is beautiful. The message with the included supplies was also much appreciated and helped us to prepare for our trip. When we reached out the response was also very timely and helpful!

The garage was warm, but to be expected as it was over 105 degrees during our stay. But that did not deter any playtime in there. We left feeling refreshed.

Oasis indeed

We enjoyed a restorative and relaxing 4th weekend in a beautiful home and wonderful amenities. We loved the openness feel of the house and its upscale relaxing vibe. The 105+ degree temperatures outside were no issues with a cool, clean, and private pool to refresh and relax. Wonderful time for our family. Thanks Ledges.

Definitely Stay Here!

Our stay at Oasis On The 9th at The Ledges Golf Club was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked through the front door, we were all thoroughly impressed. The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family of five. The large bathrooms ensured that no one had to fight over a sink, and the giant kitchen was a dream—I only wish I'd had more time to spend cooking there. The heated pool was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day, and the back patio offered an amazing view of the cliffs and the golf course. The outdoor fireplace added a cozy touch, making evenings by the pool even more enjoyable. Inside the home, the large windows provided stunning views that captivated us from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood was fantastic—clean, new, and quiet. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The house itself was impeccably clean and well-kept, making our stay even more comfortable. While everything was top-notch, the only thing I would suggest adding is a Keurig coffee machine instead of the traditional coffee pot. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Oasis On The 9th at The Ledges Golf Club to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and we can’t wait to return!

The location is pretty good for trips to and from golf courses located within a 30 min radius. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own big garbage bags as there is a limited amount in the home, again not a deal breaker at all. Also dealing with the staff through text or phone call was very seamless and they were quick on responding
