Brand New Townhome in the heart of Downtown Gilbert

This brand new townhome provides everything you need from local accommodations (gigabit internet, cable, washer dryer etc) in one of the hottest destinations for nightlife in Phoenix Metro in downtown GIlbert with one-of-a-kind dining and unique entertainment.

Essential supplies and toiletries are available in the home. However, if those run out during the stay, the guest will have to provide for themselves if they need more.

The pool may be heated from March through November AS LONG AS the temperature is warm enough. It has to be CONSISTENTLY ABOVE 80 degrees.

Best location in Gilbert, AZ! Multiple renter at this property. New townhouse in upscale, gated neighborhood. Well stocked, clean, comfortable. Walk to great dining, breweries, etc. Next to urban bike trail...super nice place. Hosts are attentive and responsive, will return!

Great location, beautiful condo right on the walking path and a short walk to downtown. Comfortable bed and linens. A few items missing in the kitchen that we needed but we made do and suggested adds to the property manager.

The place was nice. The furniture was sparse and the lighting wasn’t great. I didn’t like the location of this unit as much as the other one we’ve stayed at. That one was by the pool. Very nice townhomes though! Safe, gated community. Great location!

This townhouse is an exceptional VRBO rental. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The place is in an excellent location that is walkable to downtown Gilbert with lots and fun bars and restaurants. The place had everything anyone would need during their stay, including things like pool towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap and all the utensils any would need. If we are ever in the Phoenix area we would absolutely look to see if this place is available.

Very clean and nicely equipped townhouse. Very close to downtown Gilbert, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The communications with the host were very good. The reservation process as well as check in and check out was very smooth.

Luxury getaway

The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and even more if needed. Great access to downtown Gilbert with great food and nightlife. Walking trail access was awesome, early morning jog was a nice way to start the morning. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great rental experience for our family spring break. Clean and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the great restaurants two blocks away, as well as the walking/running path right next to the property. Highly recommend!

Great townhome, very comfortable. Upscale and safe gated development of high-end properties in the perfect location for a stay in Gilbert, AZ. Close to everything in the Heritage District, short walk to everywhere...breweries, restaurants, arts, shopping, etc. Can't beat this place, thank you!

Lovely home, responsive owners

This was our second time staying at this lovely and comfortable home that is centrally located for our needs while staying in Gilbert. The owners are incredibly attentive and responsive, day or night. I have only communicated with them via text message and the VRBO app and they always respond right away with kindness and warmth. We will likely plan dates for our future trips based on the availability of this home!

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful equipped with everything we needed. Close to shopping and just a short walk to downtown. Enjoyed lounging at the pool during our stay Host Richard was excellent to communicate with We will definitely stay here again

Perfect Location!

This property was in the perfect location if you want a short walk to Heritage District in Gilbert. The condo felt spacious and safe. We could not hear friends downstairs laughing in the master bedroom. The only downside was each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper, there were no wineglasses and the barstools have uncomfortable rattan seats. These are minor things and I would absolutely book it again!

Easy, convenient, as advertised

This was a great space - beautiful home - very quiet and comfortable. It was conveniently located for our activities. Be aware that it is right in downtown Gilbert, which has a lot of ped traffic, esp on the weekends. The host was very communicative, which made for an easy stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the townhouse. It's in a perfect location that’s gated. Richard was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again.
