Located in La Motte, in the heart of Provence and just 25 minutes from the sea, the villa offers a large garden, two terraces, a swing area, a beautiful spacious interior, and a large private parking area.

Nearby: Saint-Tropez, the Estérel massif, Sillans-la-Cascade, Lake Sainte-Croix, the Gorges du Verdon, Cannes, Monaco, Fayence, and many more.

The Bastide de l’Estérel was built in 2024. It benefits from modern architecture, excellent insulation and a comfortable setting, with beautiful outdoor spaces.
