About this property

360 degree sea view penthouse on the beach, 65 sqm roof terrace in Denia, Costa Blanca

We rent our spacious and well maintained penthouse with 360 degree sea and mountain views in an excellent location. The penthouse is on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator. It has a living area of ​​119 sqm, a large terrace with a total of 65 sqm and additional 5 small balconies. So they have the opportunity all day to "walk" with the sun.
The living area consists of a living-dining area with flat-screen TV, radio CD player, fireplace and an open, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer combination, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine.

The penthouse has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a spacious guest toilet with washing facilities.
In both bedrooms and the living-dining area there is air conditioning with cooling and heating plus electric heating in the living-dining area. There is also a winter garden, which can be used as a third bedroom.
The terrace equipped with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain landscape in the interior of the country.

The penthouse and the complex also has a pool area, which is supervised during the summer months by a bathing master.
Several restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are within walking distance.
The apartment is located just 200 meters from the extensive beach and about 1.5 km from the center of Denia. Within a few minutes drive or a short beach walk to the city center Denias with its fishing and ferry port with daily connections to Ibiza and Mallorca, its historic castle, the old town quarter, with tapasbars, restaurants and cozy shopping streets.

Denia is located on the northern Costa Blanca between the Spanish cultural metropolises of Alicante and Valencia and is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, which are over 25 km long and have over 300 suns a year.
In addition to water sports, the region is particularly suitable for cycling and hiking. Many cycling professionals and triathletes use the region to prepare themselves for the season.
The international airports in Valencia and Alicante can be reached within 60 minutes.
Ryanair, Airberlin, Lufthansa, Norwegianair etc. fly Alicante or Valencia daily.

Denia also has a modern Kreiskrankenhaus, as well as German doctors and specialists.

The penthouse is ideally located with the beach a short stroll away . Supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes walk. The master bedroom bed is amazingly comfortably. Wonderful terrace with amazing views. Umbrellas , beach mats , games for the beach all provided. Excellent value for money , Philip was swift to answer any queries and Esperanza an absolute Spanish diamond !!!

Large beautiful apartment with lovely sea views

This penthouse apartment is beautifully appointed with modern furnishings and a very well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is huge and has close sea views. There is a large Spar supermarket round the corner and an atmospheric 'Hawaiian' beach bar just across the road from Spar (so there is no need to go to Aldi, which is further away). A great location with two not-minor downsides - taxis in high season take over an hour to arrive and the apartment sorely needs an Information File; it takes a couple of days to orientate which could be negated by some basic information.

La procédure d’arrivée était très simple et nous avons même pu arriver plus tôt. Nous avons été reçu par un charmant monsieur qui nous a très bien accueillis. La cuisine comporte tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin ! Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement ! La plage et une grande piscine partagée sont à deux pas. La climatisation est un plus compte tenu de la chaleur extérieure. L’appartement est magnifique ( décoration, marbre…), la literie est très confortable et pour finir l’appartement dispose d’une très grande terrasse principale avec une table et des chaises longues ( vue sur mer). Il y a également des petits balcons dans chaque pièce ce qui permet une vue à 360 degrés. Le centre-ville de Denia est à 8 min en voiture et comporte de nombreuses distractions. Bref, nous recommandons à 100%.
