Modern villa in prime location with fantastic views and sunsets

One of the few places where you can enjoy the sunset directly over the sea.

The villa offers approximately 150 m² of spacious living space for up to six guests. The fully fenced private plot covers around 740 m² and features a private pool (4 x 8 m).

The nearby rocky beach, especially popular with divers, is only 2.4 km away and can be reached by car in 4 minutes. The sandy beach is 5.4 km away, about a 9-minute drive (according to Google Maps).

The house has been extensively and completely renovated and furnished with modern, high-quality furniture. The generous living area is dominated by breathtaking views of the sea, Montgó, as well as Denia with its castle and harbor. The adjoining sofa area includes a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player, and also offers fantastic views thanks to the large window front.

The completely redesigned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric cooktops, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso latte macchiato machine, blender, kettle, and much more.

Five modern combination air conditioning units ensure the perfect indoor climate all year round – pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter. Additionally, a pellet stove provides comfortable and efficient heating during the colder months.

The house features a guest toilet with shower as well as a large bathroom with another shower. The lower level also includes a fitness and laundry room with a third shower.

All three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, mirrored wardrobes, and dressers. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets. Two rooms have double beds sized 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm respectively. The third room is used as an office and offers a pull-out bed for flexible use.

The fully fenced plot makes the villa ideal for dogs, who are warmly welcomed here. The private pool invites you to cool off, and the terrace with a gas grill provides cozy evenings with a glass of wine.

A high chair and a baby crib are available upon request. Washing machine and parking space are also provided.

Casa Leona borders the El Montgó Natural Park. The picturesque landscape invites you to take leisurely walks or challenging day hikes up to the summit of the “Holy Mountain,” which locals also call the “Sleeping Elephant.” Mountain bikers and dog owners will also find this a dream destination for outdoor activities.

The house has beautiful views and is renovated with modern finishes. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped though the frying pans should be replaced. There is only one parking spot. The greatest concern is the entrance stairway. Three flights of stairs with two turns and no handrails. The steps are finished in ceramic, which makes them slippery if wet. These stairs are dangerous. I would not recommend renting to senoirs or families with small children. Addition of handrails would solve this problem. Similarly for the stairs leading to the lower level. The mattress on our bed was good but the pillows were terrible, small and spongy. There are no additional blankets so we used the comforter from another unused bedroom. We rented in early February and the house was cold because the walls are not insulated as typical for Spanish homes. The pellet stove bearly managed to keep the house warm. Fortunately the owner was kind enough to supply a few extra bags of pellets. The living room would benefit from a few extra pillows and blanket. The TV channels are almost all German with very few English or French news only channels. The property manager was kind and responded quickly to our requests.

Nice villa with amazing views

The house has everything we wanted with a nice swimmingpool, which our children enjoyed a lot, and having BBQ's with the most incredible sunsets. The communication with the owner was good. The pictures of the house are all realistic, but to experience the views you have to be there, it's really spectacular!

Beautiful modern home with amazing view

The villa was lovely and just as described. Very clean with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Fantastic outdoor pool and lounge area with amazing views. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. About 10 to 15 minute drive to town, port and restaurants. The house is at the top of a hill so expect narrow winding roads to access villa and some steep stairs to get to the house. We enjoyed our stay

Fabulous villa with stunning views

Patricia and Urs have renovated Casa Leona in such a thoughtful way and to an exacting standard it truly made everything about our stay an incredibly relaxing and 5 star experience. Everything you need is on hand and works as you would expect and you have the privacy to make the most of your spot in the sun by the fabulous pool. The sunrise and sunsets are very special due to the villas unique position in the el Montgo park. This was our first trip to Denia and we were blown away by the vast array of restaurants and had such enjoyable meals. The beaches are long with great sand, much quieter than the Balearics and the sea a lovely turquoise colour. We’ll be back again to enjoy it all again soon!

Es war alles wie auf den Fotos, traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer und Denia. Ein sauberer und großer Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Meerblick. Das moderne Haus mit großen Panoramafenstern und eine offene Küche mit allem was man braucht, Weinschrank und einen Ofen, großes Esszimmer und Leseecke, Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter, TV in jedem Zimmer, 2 Bäder mit WC und Dusche und eine extra Waschküche mit Dusche und Fitnessgeräten. Ein eigener, unbeschatteter Parkplatz oben an der Straße. Treppen führen runter zum Haus und zum Pool. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, fast alles gefliest und auch Hunde sind Willkommen. In der Nähe Natur für die Gassirunde. Runter zum Strand läuft man ca. 45 Minuten, besser mit dem Auto, unten gibt es einen Parkplatz und eine Touristikbahn zum Strand. In Denia selbst Aldi und Lidl für den Großeinkauf. Schöne Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Es gibt auch eine Burg und ein Hafen. Autofähre nach Ibiza und Mallorca. Oben am Berg geht immer ein wenig Wind, aber bei der Hitze im Sommer, angenehm. Die Vermieter super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Frau Kunz war sehr freundlich und hat uns alle Fragen zur Unterkunft beantwortet. Das Haus ist modern , sehr sauber und in einer atemberaubender Umgebung auf dem Berg mit einem sensationellen Blick auf Dénia. Sehr schönes Haus mit sensationellem Ausblick auf Berge, Meer und Denia

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Die Villa befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und Denia. Selbstverständlich bedeutet das, eine etwas steilere Auffahrt mit dem Auto. Jedoch lässt es sich entspannt in 10-15 Minuten Minuten hinunter laufen. Für uns war die Lage einfach Priorität und wir haben die absolute Ruhe am Berg sehr genossen. Wir haben hier alles gefunden, was einen Urlaub abrundet. Ob relaxen in der Sonne am Pool, Feuerwerk an Sylvester mit dieser genialen Aussicht oder einfach ausschlafen in dieser absoluten Ruhe. Der Pelettofen und die Combigeräte haben super funktioniert, auch bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen in dieser Jahreszeit. Wir können dieses Haus, sowie den Service nur weiter empfehlen. Wir wünschen allen, die sich für dieses Haus entscheiden, eine ebenso gute Zeit, wie wir sie hatten.

A favor: la casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos del anuncio, muy cuidada y con unas vistas espectaculares. Los propietarios muy atentos y disponibles. En contra: la casa es extremadamente calurosa en verano por la orientación. Además el gasto de electricidad se paga aparte del alquiler y es necesario tenerlo encendido en las horas más cálidas.

This is an amazing place with absolutely incredible views. Getting up there can be challenging the first time or with an older car. My only negative comment would be the dangerous stairs. This property is not recommended for the elderly or very young kids.
