This fabulous stone house with pool is located in the small village of Zabeani, on a fenced plot with a beautiful view of the evergreen landscape. When the property was renovated with great attention to detail, care was taken to preserve the traditional building elements such as stone and wood in their original state. This has created an inviting flair and ensures that you will spend a wonderful holiday here. A large living and dining area with kitchen and large indoor fireplace, a bathroom and a covered terrace await you on the ground floor. An external staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms, a bathroom and another terrace. Enjoy the idyllic location away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but also discover the beauty of the entire peninsula. The main coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj, Pula and Labin are just half an hour's drive away.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber.Es ist sehr ländlich und man muss fliegen mögen da sehr viele da sind,sonst super.Ein bisschen Landluft sollte man einplanen.Wir waren drotzdem sehr zufrieden,gab es ein Problem,war der Hausherr in fünf Minuten da und erledigte alles.Im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen,den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen da dass Wetter nicht mitspiele.Man hat ab und zu Hundegebell gehört aber nicht so schlimm wie alle geschrieben haben.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, alles ist wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, alles ist wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Genügend Pfannen und Töpfe, Rührlöffel, usw. Es gibt einen Handmixer, Kontaktgrill für z.B Sandwiches.Genügend Handtücher sind vorhanden.Einziges Manko, deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne, ist der sehr starke Kühlgeruch vom Nachbarhof. Wir kommen selber aus einer ländlichen Gegend und sind eigentlich nicht empfindlich, aber hier war die Geruchsentwicklung teilweise sehr arg.Trotzdem alles in allem super.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde 2 x wöchentlich gereinigt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat nach 1 Woche eine riesen Kiste Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau vorbei gebracht. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Alles sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool war für die Kinder natürlich das Highlight. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. 10 Minuten entfernt findet man alle Supermärkte usw. Die Fahrten zu größeren Städten haben 30 bis 40 Minuten gedauert, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört.
