A perfect home base…..

This property is exactly as described and shown in pics. Kathryn, our host was so easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. The property is so quiet at night for a great sleep and within walking distance to major grocery stores and pharmacies. It is a 5-10 min. easy drive to Midnight Pass and the beautiful beaches along Siesta Key. We would stay again.

Nice little house not far from beach

My friend and I stayed at this home for a week. It was very clean, not far from Siesta beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Kathryn, the owner, was very easy to work with, quick to respond to our texts and very accommodating (provided beach chairs, cooler, beach towels). The house is decorated nicely and is perfect for 2 to 4 people depending on how much time you will be spending in the house. Enjoyed our stay!
