We had the absolute best time at Christine’s house. We have 21 month old twins and a 3.5 year old, and the pool could not have been better. I was super picky when planning this trip to make sure we had everything we needed, and the pool was perfect with a large shallow step and edge for the kids to play and jump from. We utilized the outdoor kitchen several times and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/preparing food. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with peacock visitors multiple times a day which the kids particularly loved. We ended up arriving a night early, and Christine was super accommodating and allowed us to check in early- very easy process with a keypad on the front door. Christine was so kind and very responsive throughout our trip if ever we needed anything. We will absolutely be making this a spot we come back to over and over again in the future!

Very nice property. Property managers couldn’t have been better to work with. Our favorite part was the privacy of the property. Very nice established neighborhood with wild peacocks roaming around. Had an issue with the pool heater which was disappointing as the water was a bit chilly. Was unable to get it resolved prior to our departure, but property owner and property manager worked with us on partial refund.

A lovely house in a great location. Everything exceeded our expectations. Although the location provides many local attractions: the sea, downtown Sarasoto the Ringling museums and serious shopping are minutes away, it was very tempting to enjoy the quiet life by the pool.

Lovely oasis, comfortable, cozy, convenient, located in a beautiful, quiet, old Florida neighborhood. Our stay was amazing! We would definitely come back the location is wonderful, the house is exactly as the photos , clean , calm ,accommodating , the pool is great , my kids were obsessed with the peacocks that came to our door every day! Host was very welcoming. Home was very nice with a few exceptions. Blinds on front windows/door with missing several blinds - felt like we were sitting in a fish bowl in the evening with the lights on. Had to purchase toilet paper to get us through the week and no back up trash bags, only the one in the can. Remote controls did not work for lights and we were just guessing how to use them as there were no instructions.

The home was perfect. My daughter was in Sarasota for business and I tagged along for some relaxation. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to everything but extremely peaceful, private and quiet. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it throughly! The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. And the Peacocks greeting us when we arrived and stopping by to visit periodically was an unexpected treat! Overall I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and I definitely would stay here again if ever returning to Sarasota.

Amazing stay at beautiful home!

Our family loved our Spring Break stay at this beautiful home! The pool was warm despite some chilly temperatures and the outdoor kitchen was amazing for grilling and watching the NCAA tournament. The inside of the home is immaculate and absolutely adorable. We would definitely stay here again!

This quaint spot was perfect for getting to the sites in Sarasota we wanted to visit. The house was clean and comfortable, the back yard with the salt water pool was beautiful and delightful, day or night.

Fabulous Girls Weekend

Perfect comfortable 2 bedroom home with open floor plan, comfortable beds, quiet location. Great pool! Great for eating outdoors around the pool. Would go again definitely. Lacey was great answering all of our questions!

Great for our girls trip!

We had such a fun time at this little house. The tv outside was perfect to watch by the pool. We are definitely planning to stay again! Close to downtown Sarasota so it was a quick Uber ride to several restaurants. Lots of peacocks roaming around the neighborhood and we loved it.
