This was our second visit to Myki's beautiful house. We stayed for 5 days as a family get together with 4 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of room, plenty of things for the kids to do at the house, fantastic kitchen, beautiful views of the valley from high on the hill, wonderful backyard, and Myki is a wonderful and responsive host. Hope to come back for another visit in a couple of years.

This is a great house for a large family get together. Roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful views. Perched atop a steep hill and overlooking the valley, yet just a short drive to town, shopping, restaurants and the beach, Mykie and Tom were great hosts prividing quick response to questions and issues and plenty of privacy.. would highly recommend and hope to return some day.

Perfect

Beautiful house, luxurious and comfortable furnishings, We hosted Thanksgiving for 19 guests. Plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we could need. The yard was beautiful. Lawn to play "ax throw". Two patios, one with heat lamps, fire pit and a stack of wood. Easy 17 minute drive to Pismo Beach.

We used this property as a place to stay for a nearby wedding. The place is amazing! It is well equipped with everything you need and has plenty of space to hang out with beautiful views. The area is very quiet and although it feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, it is close to shopping. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again!

Nice home. Too personal

Nicely appointed home with good territorial views and local access. House was some what dated though. All the family pictures and the residents residents living adjoining the house was kind of creepy.

Wally… thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review… probably just a difference of perspective on the pictures as many of our guests enjoy a few personal touches... our home is listed on multiple host sites and we receive mainly 5-star reviews with everything disclosed on our site for all of our guests ahead of time... regardless, you and your family were great guests and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Lived in Arroyo Grande for 20+ years. Built our home from the ground up...a true labor of love. We've raised our three children here and built a community of family and friends.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Spacious, comfortable setting to enjoy your family & friends. It's a place of comfort and relaxation where you can enjoy endless views of the mountains, farmlands and ocean.

Our home sits on a hilltop located approximately 3 miles from the village of Arroyo Grande and 12 miles from the City of San Luis Obispo. Our home rests on 7.5 acres in the countryside with ample space away from any close neighbors to interrupt your stay.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Guests will have use of the entire home. Because this is our private residence, there will be several cupboards and closets that will be locked and the garage will not be accessible.

While hosting guests, we try our best to remain on site at our other residence on the property, so that we can take care of any extra needs and/or requests that may arise during their stay. Our hope is that our guests feel welcome and well-taken care of during their time on the Central Coast!
