Country house "Ca' di Bacco", 525 m a.s.l., surrounded by fields. 3 apartments in the property. 30 km from the centre of Cortona, in a secluded position, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: barbecue. In the house: internet access. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Trasimeno 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The complex has another 1 house for rent. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, east facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Mooie locatie maar geen privacy

Heel mooie locatie, mooi huis. We wisten dat we de locatie met nog een vakantiehuisje moesten delen en dat was voor ons geen probleem. We wisten echter niet dat de eigenaar het domein ook ter beschikking bleef stellen voor familie en vrienden. Bijna dagelijks kwamen andere mensen gebruik maken van het zwembad en het tuinmeubilair. Daardoor hadden we totaal geen privacy en verlieten onze kinderen telkens het zwembad. Voor ons was het een eenmalig verblijf, daar gaan we niet meer.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location était conforme à la description et les propriétaires sympathiques. La piscine est top, nous avons eu de la chance de l'avoir durant ces fortes chaleurs et les 2 terrasses sont bien pratiques pour avoir de l'ombre

SEHR ruhiger & sonniger Urlaub

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Hanglage. Leider - und das ist der eigentliche Kritikpunkt zu einem "sehr gut" - waren wir die letzten Gäste in diesem Sommer, und das hat man ein Kleinigkeiten gesehen. Mit ein wenig mehr Pflege könnte man aus der Anlage noch VIEL mehr rausholen. Aber ein super "Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis".

Miejsce ustronne i bardzo spokojne, pewnym problemem może być dojazd- bardzo stromy, długi podjazd szutrową drogą. Obiekt mógłby być bardziej "wymuskany", ale niczego nam nie brakowało, aby spędzić cudowny tydzień.

Rustikal und entspannt

Sehr nette und entspannte Vermieter, die gut englisch sprechen, uns warm willkommen hießen und sich bestens um uns gekümmert haben. Das ehemalige Bauernhaus ist traumhaft am Berghang gelegen und bietet tolle Aussichten auf die umliegende Landschaft. Da es zwei Terassen gibt, ist immer ein Schatten- bzw. Sonnenplatz verfügbar. Die untere Etage wird gelegentlich von den Vermietern als Sommerhaus genutzt. Ein weiteres Ferienhaus befindet sich abgeteilt auf dem selben Grundstück. Wege zum Spazierengehen sind zahlreich vorhanden, jedoch nicht ausgeschildert. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen bewachsen. Der gepflegte Pool wird mit den Bewohnern des benachbarten Ferienhauses geteilt und ist in der sommerlichen Hitze ein Segen gewesen. Die Einrichtung des Haues ist dem Gebäude angemessen, antik bis rustikal und einfach. Küche und Badezimmer sind modern und nagelneu. Unbedingt am Mittwoch den Markt im nahe gelegenen Umbertide besuchen!
