Appartement de charme avec une vue magnifique sur le port. Situation parfaite. Le seul inconvénient : le portail est difficile à ouvrir et la fermeture à clé systématique de ce portail et de la porte d'entrée de la maison est contraignante.

TB dans l'ensemble, mais...

Excellente situation, avec exceptionnelle vue sur mer depuis dernier étage dans toutes les pièces. Mais Interhome Dinard m'a assuré que l'appartement ne disposait pas de cafetière Nespresso, ce qui m'a contraint à m'encombrer de la mienne, alors qu'il y en avait une sur place. Fenêtres ne peuvent rester bloquées ouvertes pour rafraîchir. Parties communes sales (portail très rouillé, escalier plein de poussières). Équipement assez vieillot, cuisine très petite. Mais beaucoup de charme au total !

Wohnung viele Schimmelantragungen, stinkt nach Schimmel, keine Möglichkeit Wäsche in den Schränken.

Keinerlei Parkplätze vorhanden, diese Wohnung zu vermieten ist unverschämt. ABER: haben von der Agentur sehr schöne Ersatzwohnung bekommen

A Room with Perfect View!

Panoramic scene from living room and dining of Dinard harbour, private yachts and cruise liner when we were there! Minimal sounds from streets and harbour, windows open at nights, gentle breeze through. Apartment clean, well-equipped, plenty of hot water, spacious feel, ideal for two people. A winding staircase, fifty-six steps to this 3rd flr top apartment and a gated street entrance. Town centre and ferry to St Malo a few minutes walk, bakers a minute away. View same as a 5star hotel!

Magnifique vue sur la baie

Bel appartement, vaste avec une belle vue sur la mer et Saint Malo. Même si l'ensemble est un peu vieillot, on s'y sent bien grâce aux grandes fenêtres et l'équipement très complet.

Appartement confortable avec une vue sur la mer de toutes les pieces principales. Décoration très soignée. Quartier tranquille. Un petit bémol : le stationnement dans la rue.
