We believe this is important context for future readers. During your stay, the only concern brought to our attention was regarding towels, which we addressed immediately by providing a new set. No other issues were reported at the time, and we were always available to assist. The property is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival, and we take cleanliness standards very seriously. The additional concerns and photos shared after checkout were never communicated during the stay, and we would have promptly resolved anything brought to our attention. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained, and responsive hosting experience for all guests.

Rodrigo and his family were great guests. Visited our listing in malibu in Aug 2022 and never contacted the host for any questions. It will be a pleasure to host them again in the future.

Our records indicate that the entire building has undergone professional inspections, revealing no evidence of mildew or water damage. Therefore, the report of water damage or mildew in the property is inaccurate. The property owner is particularly vigilant about these matters and regularly engages building professionals for inspections. The arrangement of furniture in each room aligns with the advertised description, thanks to the exceptional configuration designed by our interior design team. The setup has been met with great appreciation from our guests. Our listing's images have been updated to accurately portray the furnishings and all aspects of the property's current layout. The only exceptions are a few upgrades like a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, which have been stored in kitchen cabinets for photography purposes. We take pride in offering all our guests a fantastic and unforgettable experience, and we believe this holds true for you as well.
