BALCONY: Pleasant balcony fitted with garden furniture and superb view of the Marina, perfect for sunny breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Lounge: Friendly space with 1 sofa bed with trundle (2 single beds 90x190).
Room 1: Comfortable room with 1 double bed (140x190).
Bathroom: Bathroom with bath, and separate toilet.
Other equipment: Air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included for optimal comfort.
Exteriors and parking: Private parking space No. 32 at your disposal.
Residence Facilities: Heated outdoor swimming pool to cool off throughout the season and laundry facilities within the residence.
