Cozy 2 story single family house on stilts, plenty of parking and room under the house for parking and outdoor living. Large open floor plan with lots of natural light uniting the kitchen dining area and living room, French doors opening out to large deck off the kitchen . There is breakfast counter with barstools, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer on main floor. One Bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor and other 2 bedrooms and full baths upstairs . The living room has 2 pull out sofas, TV in all resting rooms so you can be entertained if you wish to be or sit back and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Short walk to the beach, couple blocks from restaurants and many play-grounds. 10 minutes drive to Market Commons, Myrtle Beach, airport, golf courses, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and shopping.

Overall this property met all of my family's needs! Enjoyed the area and its accessibility to the beach, you can easily walk to the beach and have neighborhood streets to stroll for daily walks. Even though there was a new home construction across the street the area wasn't too congested and plus very easy for "people watching ". We're definitely going to look into staying here again next year!!

Maria was an excellent host and the house was just perfect! It had all the amenities we needed and was perfectly clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and the location was great!

Everything was better than expected. Love the spacious living room and deck. Bedrooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen had more than enough space and kitchenware even though I only made sandwich’sFelt safe and cozy

What a great property and only a block to the beach! Beds were super comfortable, which is such a perk when away from home. MJ was super communicative anytime we had a question. Loved sitting out on the huge deck sipping coffee and listening to the birds in the morning. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely be back!

Marie-Josee's place was just perfect for our family trip of four adults and our goldendoodle. Plenty of space, nice kitchen with pantry, open living area and covered space on ground level with a shower for hosing sand off after the beach.We enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck as well. We rented a golf cart for this trip and if you can swing it I highly recommend doing that. It made our beach trips and Surfside restaurant's easily accessible for our group, one who is elderly. Definitely not required! Just a tip that made our trip even better. Thanks, would definitely stay here again!!
