Amy, we’re sorry your stay was disrupted. Cleanliness and pest concerns deserve prompt attention, and we understand that inspections and relocating took time away from your vacation. Our response included a pest-control inspection, maintenance visits, and ultimately a complimentary move to an upgraded estate that normally rents for approximately $1,500 more per night. That was a substantial effort to accommodate your group, although we recognize it did not erase your initial concerns. Our maintenance team is available by phone to address issues during a stay.
