Detached house near the owners' farm (corn only). Lake in the village (sports trail, walks). Ground floor: Equipped kitchen (gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher). Living room, lounge area (TV), billiards, shower room/wc, Storage room (washing machine). Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds), wc. Oil central heating at an additional cost. Possibility 8 people with supplement. Possibility to rent sheets. Terrace and private enclosed garden at the back of the gîte, garden furniture and barbecue. Large common courtyard in front of the gîte (rarely used by the owners) closed by a gate (secure parking). Barns and dwelling houses around. Small district of the village.
