Koa 4C is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. Stay cool after a day in the sun with ceiling fans throughout and split air conditioning! The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to have a meal, and if you don't want to enjoy your meal on your private lanai, you can sit indoors at the table for 4 (counter seating is also available). The living area offers open-concept living, nice lighting, a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV equipped with cable. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Nice unit with a great pool

Unit 4C - nice ground level unit. We stayed for 59 nights. The lanai was beautiful but we had to clean up the overgrown garden area. We removed 3 garbage bags of palm and plant detritus and one dead frog. One beach chair was broken. The unit had no steak knives even though we had a BBQ area. The Cuisinart knives in the unit were really dull and there was no sharpener in the unit. The rest of the unit was great. There are 3 smoking areas around the property.Pool was large and we really enjoyed it. However there was bird poop in some areas that was never really cleaned up and it took a month just to clean up the dead leaves. No bathrooms in either the pool or BBQ area, only in our unit. We loved the pool and always were able to get a chair. Nice BBQ area with everything we needed. Plus we played table tennis while watching our food. The putting green does not exist and hasn’t for years we were told. Good location but you need a car to get around on Maui. Beach is just across the street. We didn’t swim there but did watch some lovely sunsets. Overall we enjoyed it here and would return again.

Outstanding location in Kihei with great amenities

We stayed at this property for 12 nights during the month of February and found it to be outstanding. The condo was large and roomy and the couch and chairs very comfortable. King size bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great also. The kitchen was stocked very well with plenty of pots, pans and all the other necessities in the kitchen. We could be at the beach for a walk in less than ten minutes which is very nice. For the price we felt like we got a great value out of this property considering where it was located and the amenities that were provided. Beach chairs were available and we used them every day. Onsite there are three grills that are always busy at night being used by vacationers and owners. Using a grill and cooking onsite is always a nice added benefit for the traveler that doesn't want to eat out every night. Location is very convenient as it is close to the restaurants and other attractions. The lanai was great to sit on everyday as it was very private. it also had a ceiling fan which was nice for the evening meals that we spent outside. We would stay at this property again and would recommend to others that would like to stay in this area.

Our Oasis

We loved our little first floor apartment! It was spotless, comfortable, and had the best lanai on the property! I have a bad back and always worry about the bed. This one was comfy, slightly on the firm side, and I had great sleep. The place is very near the beach. In fact, the beach across the street is one of the few swimmable beaches on that side of the island - with an old Hawaiian break to prevent the waves from trashing you around. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Great accommodation

This is our first time staying in the Kiehi area and the Condo was perfect. It was nicely decorated and the lanai was a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors. I would stay here again.

Pros: easy parking, small walk to a small beach, no stairs, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board are provided, AC, big bathroom, comfortable bed, cute lanai, cooler and ice packs are provided too. Cons: couldnt find the kitchen garbage can, wish a broom and dustpan was provided so we can clean up sand/dirt inside the condo, wish a map was provided at check in because google maps routes you to the front of the complex where there is no parking and walked all over the resort to find the condo.

Great Place and Location

We loved this property. Loved being on the ground floor close to beaches, pool and shops and bars. The only kinda not so great thing was we could not get hot water in the shower longer then maybe 5 mins. That was a bit rough after a long day at the beach. But overall we loved this place and location and would definitely rent this condo again!!

Beautiful

This unit is by far the nicest we have stayed in while travelling in Maui. It’s homey and private. The lanai is spectacular and the proximity to shops, beaches, and the highway for exploring was great. We will stay here again when we come to Maui.

Couple Retreat

My partner and I had a great time in Maui. The condo is in a quieter part of Kihei, which is what we like. We love the condo. We'd stay again if we go back to Maui. The only reason why it does not get 5stars is because the couch and rug needs a little update. Aside from that, no complaints. Great location and great amenities.

Super clean condo. They provided beach chairs. Ice cooler also. Kitchen super equipped. Lowlight: the bedroom does not have air conditioning. So it gets warm. Despite condo has A/C on the living room and kitchen. But not the bedroom!!!

Nice getaway VRBO

Very nice abode for a week+ getaway for a couple. Very private lanai, well equipped kitchen and utensils. Minimal spices so bring your own favorites. Grills on complex property were newer, well maintained. Pool excellent. (May we suggest to owner updated living room furniture, is clean but very worn out. You’ll enjoy.

Great space, pool

This is a great place, not too far from the nicer beaches down south and central to drive north to other areas. The pool is really nice too. We loved the patio that felt like a real jungle.
