Welcome to your Maui home away from home, located in the desirable Koa Resort complex with just a short walk to the gorgeous beaches of South Maui. Unit 4B is a spacious ground floor fully furnished two bedroom one bathroom vacation rental condo. This condo has been beautifully renovated featuring a new fully stocked kitchen that includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The condo features a California king bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room along with an updated bathroom and new flooring throughout. Enjoy the fresh air and breeze from the large lanai off of the living area that looks out to the common area that spreads over five acres of lush well-maintained grounds.

The condo also is equipped with Air Conditioners in Master Bedroom and Living Room, to keep you nice and cool. With complimentary Spectrum internet access, you'll have the highest level connectivity available in Maui, all in the convenience of your condo. An essential amenity for those working from home or attending classes, while enjoying their stay in paradise.

At Koa Resort, you can enjoy the large heated swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, cabana with ping pong and foosball table, and nice common BBQs areas. There are only 54 units on the property with easy parking at no additional fee. We would love to host you on your Maui getaway!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) CANCELLATION- 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus the $150.00 administrative fee.

2) CANCELLATIONS - 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice. Renter may mitigate this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance.

Spring break trip

It was walking distance from a little fish pond that was perfect for your kids to swim in. Nice to be able to walk down to the beach and see the turtles beach at night.

Great accommodation, great location, terrific host!

Koa Resort 4B was an outstanding place to stay for a week vacation on Maui! Michael (the owner/manager) was communicative and very easy to work with, the 2 bedrooms suited us perfectly for a couple with 2 kids, the place was modern, clean and tidy, and it was very well situated to get around to the beaches or to the other attractions of the island. We'd very highly recommend this to anyone considering a stay on Maui!

Home away from home!

Amazing home away from home! Great location central to everything on Maui. This apartment provided us with everything we needed during our week long stay! Clean and comfy. Host very quick to respond and even allowed us to check out late to accommodate our afternoon flight. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Maui Stay

My family and I had a marvellous stay at the KOA resort. The condo itself is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The property is great. The pool has varying depths which made it more fun for my son. We also used the shuffle board, ping pong table and foosball. It was nice to had other activities to do on site when the weather got cooler. Our hosts were extremely accommodating granting us a later check out time. They even left my son a birthday cookie before we arrived as we were there celebrating. Highly recommend this property for Kihei stays.

A Perfect Stay

This place was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great, easy to get around the island from Kihei and quick access to beaches. My kids loved the pool and walking around the pretty grounds. Micheal was quick to reply and accommodate, we asked for a broom and he swiftly delivered one. The unit is also well-stocked with beach and kitchen items. We felt very comfortable our entire stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Enjoyable

Very nice property, spacious condo, fully stocked kitchen. Pool and grounds were great. Cleanliness in all areas good except for hidden areas such as along baseboards and track for patio doors (these areas were quite dirty) and under couch cushions. Easy drive to beaches and good access point for travel towards Lahaina and Wailea.

Love this property!

We love staying at the KOA Resort. We had multiple family members rent their own units this time and it was wonderful! This particular unit I stayed in with my immediate family and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The host was reachable and responsive throughout the stay when needed. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a convenient stay. The AC units worked great, this unit is located close to the pool which was nice. Make sure you walk across the street and see the turtles at sunrise each morning.

Great space but not clean

The layout of the place was nice as expected. But we ended up having to wipe down the place thoroughly (the wipes were dark as we wiped). The neighborhood was fine and felt safe. The apartment was spacious.

Perfect for our family

We had an amazing stay at Koa Resort 4B. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The green space off the patio was perfect for the kids to run and play. Great proximity to the pool. The kitchen and beach/pool supplies were well stocked. Lots of towels, starter packs of laundry and dish supplies etc. We had trouble with the ice maker and Michael responded and fixed the issue immediately. We will absolutely return and highly recommend staying here.

Extremely happy with our stay!!

We loved everything about our condo. We will definitely come back to stay agoun. So thankful to have found it. The response time was amazing. I couldnt believe how fast michael would respond everytime. Made the trip go by so much smoother. The kids absolutely loved that it was on the bottom floor. We can ealk out go to the pool and the kids played soccer and football on the open grass area. I would highly recommend booking you will not regret it.

Great stay!

This property is as advertised. It is well laid out and offers a lot of space for relaxing and hanging out. It is centrally located and easy to access. There are all the essentials you would need for a Maui vacation in the unit, including beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The washer/dryer in the unit is a lifesaver. The actual unit's location is ideal as you do not get any traffic noise.The grounds are beautiful, with a large pool and nice hot tub, as well as tennis courts, a lounge area with BBQs, and ping pong! Michael was a great host and very responsive. When we had a small problem with one of the AC units, he came quickly and repaired it with no issue. I would happily stay in this unit again,iIt was a great experience.

My husband and our twin toddlers stayed here for two weeks. It was lovey! The unit was clean and well maintained. The dishes were nice and the pots were in good condition (not always the case with short term rentals). The resort has beautiful landscaping and was well maintained. The trees and vegetation were close to the buildings so you could sit on the patio and literally not see any other buildings! Having the ground floor was awesome for beach gear and for the kids to play in the grassy field. Lots of other kids at the complex, it was nice to see! My only negative is it’s far away from anything walking distance. The nearest restaurant area was about a 5 min drive but you couldn’t walk there if you wanted to because the sidewalk just ends and the shoulders are really narrow. Too narrow to have a stroller comfortably with the traffic.This probably wouldn’t be such an issue with older kids or no kids but I didn’t enjoy that we couldn’t just walk somewhere and always needed to drive. Other than that, it was great!

A great place to stay with family and friends for a Maui getaway

This property is in good condition, and it's in an ideal location. There's a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, ping pong table, and shuffleboard nearby. It's within walking distance to the beach. It's also within walking distance to the Ko'ie'ie Fishpond (which is a great place to swim at the beach -- there's a rock wall built around this swimming area that makes the tide much less aggressive). The neighborhood at this Koa Resort is very friendly. The property is on ground level, so you don't have to go up stairs to get to it. Further, the property manager, Michael, is a pleasure to work with.

Awesome home away from home!

Our family of six had an amazing time in Maui staying in this cute condo! We loved the location being on the north end of Kihei. It's also a quick walk to the beach and there are gorgeous gardens surrounding the property. Everyone loved the pool and we appreciated the pool toys as well as beach gear supplied by the condo. The condo kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. We really appreciated all the thought and details that went into setting up this home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Excellent!

Beautiful home nicely decorated close to airport. Plenty of amenities and close to shopping areas. If you are a large group of 6 and/or all adults condo only has one bathroom ie one toilet. Must plan accordingly!

Great condo in central location

My family stayed at Michael's condo for a week. The condo is at a good location, central to everything we want to visit. The grounds are very well kept. The pool is great. The condo itself is well equipped in the kitchen for a family cooked meal. It is on the ground floor, which works out well for my family with little ones since they can go out to the yard on their own. Michael was a great host. He responds to requests and questions very quickly. I would recommend Michael's condo.

Great Location

Great location away from the tourist condos in the south. Quiet, beach is a short walk across the rode. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and accessories.

Wonderful property

Great Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time in Maui. This place was perfect for our little family. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The BBQ, games, and pool were awesome. The fish pond across the street was perfect for our littles to play safely in the ocean and we saw sea turtles there everyday! We hope to come back and stay here again!! Mahalo!
