This new stone villa is located in this quiet and idyllic village of Ljutići on the island of Krk, two and a half kilometers from the beach and the city of Malinska. The location of the villa guarantees a relaxing holiday and is ideal for those who want to escape from the crowd and stress, but still have enough time to enjoy the beautiful beaches and tourist attractions of Malinska and the island of Krk.
On the ground floor of a villa of 140 m2 there is a living room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, freezer), bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and both rooms have access to a large terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy morning coffee and watch the sea in the distance. The villa has 2 extra beds and can accommodate a total of 8 people.
The central part of the garden is located in a swimming pool with a covered terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, the nearest market is 1.5 km and the restaurant is 700 meters away.
The villa is an ideal vacation for all nature lovers, rest and relaxation, as well as a lot of fun, which you will surely find in Malinska and other surrounding places on the island of Krk.

Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön/ a truly wonderful house

Das Haus entspricht jeglicher Beschreibung des Inserates. Wir waren 12 Tage im Haus von der lieben Besitzerin Ivana. Der checkin klappte einfach, als wir auf der Insel Brücke waren haben wir Ivana angerufen und sie wartete dann bereits auf uns am Haus. Sie wohnt lediglich 15 min entfernt, und ist auch bei anderen Fragen stets erreichbar (sie hilft bei der Suche nach Ärzten etc.). Das Haus selber ist brandneu und wartet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten auf, die man sich wünschen kann. Saubere Waschmaschine und Trockner, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, neuer Gasgrill, ein riesiges Kindertrampolin ,Kinderspielzeug, Babybett und Hochstuhl sowie Wickeltisch,eine Tischtennisplatte und unsrem absoluten Favoriten eine Hollywood-Schaukel. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, ist wohl temperiert und ist nicht zu flach. Angrenzend stehen mehrere weitere Ferienhäuser. Fußläufig findet man eine konoba Namens pod murvu welche lokale Speisen und Getränke serviert. Diese ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Einzig sollte man wissen das ein Auto ein must have ist der Weg zum Strand in malinska beträgt ca 2,5km und führt zum großen Teil bergab. Zu den nächsten Supermärkten ist es ca 3km. Wer Erholung und ein tolles Haus auf einer schönen Insel wünscht ist hier richtig. Vielen Dank an Ivana für einen schönen Urlaub. The house met all the expectations we had from the advertisement. We stayed for 12 days at the house of the lovely owner Ivana. Check-in went really smooth. We just called Ivana when we reached the island bridge and she waited for us at the house. She is very friendly and helpful even if you have questions not related to the house such as the closest doctor...The house is brand new and has a lot of extras not mentioned in the advertisement. Such as a brand new washing machine and dryer, comfy beds, well organized kitchen, new bbq-grill, kids toys, a huge trampoline, Babybed, highchair and changing table, Table tennis and our favorite a Hollywood-swing. The pool is perfect in size and the water has a nice temperature. In the area are a couple other holiday houses. In walking distance you will find a small konoba called pod muvru serving local dishes. A visit is highly recommended. A car is necessary as the beach is approximate 2,5km away mainly downhill, and the next supermarket is 3km away. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a great house on a lovely island this is your place to be. Thank you Ivana for the great holiday.

rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und uns super erholt

Meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich haben tolle zwei Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Ruhe, die man sofort empfindet, wenn man das Haus bezogen hat und sich einfach mal auf die überdachte Terrasse setzt. Dies hat uns geholfen innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Gefühl der Erholung zu verspüren. Das Haus ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Ich hoffe das niemand in seinem Urlaub die drei Flachbild TVs benötigt, aber sie wären da, wenn man sie braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß und wir hatten viel Spaß. Erwähnen möchte ich, dass die komplette Terrasse mit Steinen gebaut wurde, welche bei Sonneneinstrahlung sich nur wenig erwärmen, so dass man ohne Probleme auch ohne Badeschuhe auch in der Mittagshitze herumlaufen kann. Das hat man in vielen Hotels nicht. Ich selbst habe mich in die Duschen verliebt, welche auf Knopfdruck die Handbrause oder die Regendusche aktiviert, oder wieder abstellt. Das ist praktisch, aber spart auch Wasser. Auch sehr positiv sind uns die Betten/Matratzen aufgefallen, in denen wir super geschlafen haben. Auch hier kann man nur sagen, sehr hochwertig. Zwei überdachte Terrassen auf denen man auch an einem Regentag draußen sitzen kann. Man sieht, da hat sich jemand beim Bau und der Ausstattung Gedanken gemacht. Wir bedanken uns bei der Agentur und auch bei den netten Vermietern für einen rundherum gelungenen Urlaub.
