Experience island living at Plantation Hale K10, a bright and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom second-floor condo in the heart of Kapaa, just 15 minutes from Lihue Airport. Relax on your private lanai with mountain views and swaying palms, or enjoy the cozy living area with sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining for four plus bar seating for two.
The king bedroom offers direct lanai access and comfort, while the bathroom features a full vanity and tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and window AC units in every room keep you cool. One unassigned parking stall is provided.
Enjoy any of the three resort pools, hot tub, and community BBQ areas for a perfect day in the sun.

The location was great! We found a nearby bike/walking path along the beach front. We pretty much had one of the three pools to ourselves. Very enjoyable!

Great Stay. Unit came as advertised. Location is ideal, less than an hour to the north shore or the south shore. Comfortable bed.

Place is a little outdated, but it was spotless. Bed and pillows arw super comfortable and the location can't be beat. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and Longs Drugstore. Kitchen is equipped with the basics and was great they beach chairs and a cooler available to use. I would definitely recommend for the price!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was spacious, the bed comfortable, and it was a convenient location to all that we wanted to do on the island. It was great to have three pools and to be provided with beach gear. Communication with Destination Kauai was great! One improvement suggestion would be an updated sofa as it was not comfortable.

Great location

We loved the location - 3 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Coconut Marketplace that has shopping (souvenirs and food) and a farmers market. The place had beach gear which was great! We had a question about the parking pass and got our question answered same day.

Good place, good amenities

Nice property with a convenient location, a bit dated and not super well maintained. But overall has good amenities and suited our needs wonderfully for a week-long trip. We'd consider staying there again if we were to return to the island.
