The place was clean and beautiful. Gets 4 stars for the lack of amenities and worn furniture. Leaving a trash bag, one roll of toilet paper, one small bar soap, no Kleenex and ripped patio furniture seems very cheap give the price to rent. It was not real convenient for families flying into Orange beach. An extra 30 in supplies would go a long way.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time we stayed here and it was still a great condo. They communicated with us throughout the stay asking if we were enjoying the condo. Its a great location and clean condo. Will try to stay here everytime if possible.

The stay was great. Few things the remote in the living didn’t work, the lights in the front bedroom needs to be brighter and dinning room chairs are very unstable.

This unit was ideal for four adults and four small children during Thanksgiving week 2024. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. It had more than enough seating spaces for everyone to relax. The condo building had all of the amenities you could need to stay onsite for the entire visit. My kids loved the slide and lazy river and we loved having the café and bar onsite.

An amazing getaway

Reviewer Comments: We made Oasis 2002 our home for a week during Spring break and loved every moment of it. Our kids enjoyed the many pools, beautiful beach, warm water, their own rooms (with Netflix!). While us adults enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by and taking in the breathtaking views. We will be back the first chance we can!

Oasis 2002

The property was exactly as it looked online. View was spectacular! One suggestion would be new bar-height balcony furniture so the view is unobstructed. The living room area rug and balcony could use a good cleaning, but my family wears slippers as a general rule. Overall, it was a beautiful place and we would stay there again.

The kids had a blast on the water slide, and we all enjoyed floating around the lazy river each day. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

We were disappointed this year, because the unit was not real clean,especially the rug in the living room. Also, the furniture needs some updates.

Dirty

This is our second time staying here. When we arrived, we did our initial inspection. The master bath had mold growing in the shower and the shower door sill had mold and im not sure what else growing on it. This grossed me out to the point I had to go and buy some bleach and clean the shower so I could take a shower. The in-door water dispenser on the refrigerator had black mold in it and the water filter was old. The kitchen drawers had crumbs and sticky stuff in them, so we had to clean that also. The hall bathroom faucet had some kind of goo in it. While this is a very nice unit, it really could use a deep cleaning and some touch-ups done to fix cabinets and scratched walls. We did love the updates to the facility since it was changed to The Oasis at Orange Beach.

Only strange thing was someone was flying a drone around and was facing the balcony area on many floors.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and the location was perfect. The units cleanliness was lacking. There was sand on the floors, under the couch and loveseat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The rug was very dirt and the patio furniture cushions were very worn and torn in places. Make sure you are ready to buy cleaning supplies like we did, trash bags, dish washer pods (there were none), paper towels and toilet paper, salt and pepper, etc.

But this unit needs some TLC e.g., cushions on balcony stained or dirty, mildew in master shower, fan in master BR did not work and overhead light very dim, glass chandelier over DR table dirty, several glasses had chips. LR furniture very comfortable. Enjoyed the new cafe. Have booked another unit end of November. When I say I would not rec property to friend - I mean this unit. I would recommend the Oasis Property.

Breathtaking Views - Amazing Condo!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When booking a condo/hotel, often pictures can be deceiving. This was not the case when we arrived at Phoenix West II. The facility at our condo #2002 was super clean, updated, beachy décor & the location is perfect for a quick trip to the store, restaurant or activities. There's 3 full beds + 4 full baths & plenty of room for the fold out beds that are provided. The balcony is spacious as we had coffee every morning watching the waves & marine life before heading down to play. We heard zero noise from neighboring rooms as the construction is top notch with thick walls. Hallways are quiet & clean. Other guests that we ran into were friendly & chatty. The only minor downside to the property is that there are only 6 elevators & they can get quite busy during peak times. There was never a lengthy wait though. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back next year. A+

Beautiful Condo

This is our 3rd year staying at Phoenix West 2 and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It felt more like home then just a place we were renting. It had everything you would need and then some. We will be booking this unit the next time we head to Orange Beach fir vacation.
