This beautiful 34 m² apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises :

- a charming salon,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), and a dining area,
- bedroom with double bed 140 × 190 cm,
- bathroom with bath and WC,
- washing machine,
- TV, satellite or cable, wifi,
- air conditioning, central heating,
- private parking space.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

A €374 management fee will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.
