This comfortable and well-designed accommodation is perfectly suited for a stay with family or friends, with spaces designed for everyone's comfort. It consists of three separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), ideal for parents, and two bedrooms with single beds (80 x 190 cm), perfect for children or accompanying guests. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space while maintaining a convivial space for everyone to get together.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay in complete independence: cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full set of crockery, including wine glasses for moments of sharing. The accommodation also includes sheets and towels, radiators, a television, WiFi, hangers, hot water, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring comfort and safety throughout your stay. The two shower rooms make everyday life easier, especially when staying with others.

Outside, the private patio extends the living space and allows you to enjoy al fresco dining thanks to the barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments.
