Annapolis Beachfront w/Bay Bridge view - Wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay. Go to sleep with the bright moonlight over the water. View of the water and Bay bridge from the kitchen, dining and living room. Deck over-looking sandy beach area. Gazebo on deck with light and fan to enjoy staying cool while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Step down to beach area, swimming or wading in 2-5ft water for approximately 50 yards out. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Home accommodates 4 cars. 7 steps to enter home. One level living area. Kitchen, dining, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Interior with hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with granite island countertops with built-in cooktop/oven. Marbled bathroom floors. Quiet safe neighborhood for walking, biking, jogging. Children friendly -- sandy beach in front of home. Community boat ramp for launching boats and jet-skis. Four miles to downtown Annapolis historical district, museums, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, Naval Academy, State Capitol, Senate and House buildings and much much more! Paddle boards, and rafts on the premise available. Jets skis are not available for use. Summer months allow for a private day at the beach without leaving the premise -- relax, listen to the waves, tan, take a swim, lounge on a floatable, or just enjoy the view of the Chesapeake Bay, boats, coast to coast, occasional dolphin siting and a lot more. Very safe neighborhood for walking, jogging and exploring. Beautiful inside with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Guest often state: "You've thought about everything." Summer months are the best, but winters months are just as beautiful.

We really enjoyed Thomasina’s beautiful waterfront cottage! The view was lovely, the location accessible to all restaurants, and we enjoyed playing in the water. Everything we needed was there and well labeled.

Beautiful property. Very clean with all the conveniences. Hosts have literally thought of everything...from sunscreen and bug spray to cell phone chargers and extension cords. Lots of comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. It was perfect for our small team retreat!

We had an amazing stay!! The location is ideal and the views are breathtaking. The house was immaculate and perfect for our family. If we travel to the area again we will definitely check to see if this house is available again.

The place was so clean and so effectively supplied with all needs. Very kid friendly and with beautiful ocean view. I am used to sandy beaches and this one is sandy but as u get in, it is muddy sand-so if u are hypersensitive or specific to how u like the feel of the sand bring water shoes. They had everything. Water toys, paddle boarding was a success. I loved this place, the kids had a blast. Tons of puzzles and board games. Rain or shine u will have a blast. I can keep going on and on. One thing that bothered me was the deposit for accidentals-it is refundable but it’s a lot. I guess they have their reasons. I can see how the low rental price can attract not so nice people.

This is a great spot. The amenities are exactly as advertised. If you love the soothing sound of waves hitting the shore then this is the place to stay. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We will be back!

Pretty view and convenient!

Beautiful view of the water. Perfect place for my partner and 6yo to stay while visiting family. Cozy and unpretentious. Had books and games for kids and kitchen condiments galore!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Well kept up house, great new appliances, super comfortable beds, 4 big screen wall-mounted TVs (all 3 bedrooms and living room), all cupboards, drawers, and wall switches labeled, lovely new matched dishes, glasses, and silverware. So beautiful, right on the water. We had a treat when the Supermoon came up and reflected on the water. We stayed 2 months and host was very responsive to any (few) issues. Such a wonderful experience!

Cozy Indeed

Our family came for a visit to the Naval Academy. House was clean and in a good location. The bedrooms are pretty small, so it was a little tight for the six of us, but it was comfortable enough. Nice view of the sunrise from the porch.

You are vacationing at the vacation home of the Coates family. We are so happy to welcome you and your family to enjoy our wonderful beach front home. We are a dynamic dual for 40 years with 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. We are a family who works hard, love the water, boating, service and entertaining. Because we have busy lives, we don't have a lot of time to enjoy our waterfront property therefore would like to share.

Quiet neighborhood for walking, biking, jogging. Children friendly; Gated community beach area with playground, kayaks, gazebo and pier for fishing; Community Boat ramp for launching boat and jet-ski and much more! 10 minute best - 20 minute worst Traffic to Naval Academy. Summers months allows for a day at the beach without leaving the premise. You will have the pleasure of enjoying a private beachfront area to relax, listen to the waves, tan, take a swim, lounge on a floatable, or just enjoying the view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Winters months are just as beautiful.

After swimming, paddle boarding, take a 4 mile drive to downtown Annapolis where you can enjoy shopping, a night on the town, restaurants, bars, concerts, shows, museums or visit our legislators at the Maryland State House, as well as the United States Naval Academy. Waking up to a beautiful view of a sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay; Going to sleep with a bright moonrise sparkling over the water; Deck over-looking private sandy beach area; Parking space for 4 cars; One level living area; Firepit by the water; Beautiful cozy interior, with an infinity view of the water.
