Annapolis Beachfront w/Bay Bridge view - Wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay. Go to sleep with the bright moonlight over the water. View of the water and Bay bridge from the kitchen, dining and living room. Deck over-looking sandy beach area. Gazebo on deck with light and fan to enjoy staying cool while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Step down to beach area, swimming or wading in 2-5ft water for approximately 50 yards out. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Home accommodates 4 cars. 7 steps to enter home. One level living area. Kitchen, dining, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Interior with hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with granite island countertops with built-in cooktop/oven. Marbled bathroom floors. Quiet safe neighborhood for walking, biking, jogging. Children friendly -- sandy beach in front of home. Community boat ramp for launching boats and jet-skis. Four miles to downtown Annapolis historical district, museums, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, Naval Academy, State Capitol, Senate and House buildings and much much more! Paddle boards, and rafts on the premise available. Jets skis are not available for use. Summer months allow for a private day at the beach without leaving the premise -- relax, listen to the waves, tan, take a swim, lounge on a floatable, or just enjoy the view of the Chesapeake Bay, boats, coast to coast, occasional dolphin siting and a lot more. Very safe neighborhood for walking, jogging and exploring. Beautiful inside with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Guest often state: "You've thought about everything." Summer months are the best, but winters months are just as beautiful.

This is a great spot. The amenities are exactly as advertised. If you love the soothing sound of waves hitting the shore then this is the place to stay. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Well kept up house, great new appliances, super comfortable beds, 4 big screen wall-mounted TVs (all 3 bedrooms and living room), all cupboards, drawers, and wall switches labeled, lovely new matched dishes, glasses, and silverware. So beautiful, right on the water. We had a treat when the Supermoon came up and reflected on the water. We stayed 2 months and host was very responsive to any (few) issues. Such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful view of the water. Perfect place for my partner and 6yo to stay while visiting family. Cozy and unpretentious. Had books and games for kids and kitchen condiments galore!

Our family came for a visit to the Naval Academy. House was clean and in a good location. The bedrooms are pretty small, so it was a little tight for the six of us, but it was comfortable enough. Nice view of the sunrise from the porch.

Easter weekend visit with children in college

We wanted to celebrate Easter with our two daughters who go to Loyola in Baltimore so we decided to stay in Annapolis area. We absolutely loved the house. The location and view was amazing- right on the Chesapeake bay! The house was clean and welcoming. There were so many nice little touches that made us feel welcomed. We had a great weekend celebrating Easter with our two daughters and son. The house was the perfect size for the 5 of us.

well prepped property

We appreciated the well-stocked house (condiments, beach towels, phone cords, etc); the owners truly thought of everything you might have forgotten! We had 2 teenage girls with us and they enjoyed the paddle boards and the raft in the water; those items are difficult to pack on vacation so we appreciated that they were provided. Owners made it very easy to feel at home during our stay. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Lovely residence, fully stocked with necessities. LOVED the labeling of drawer contents! Thought we spotted a Keurig on the counter in pictures, so brought extra varieties of K-cups in addition to those provided. Great WiFi access and speed. Agree with prior review that residence felt a little tight with 5 adults but totally manageable. Weather was very hot, but air conditioning kept us comfortable. Enjoyed paddle board, watching ships in the Bay.

Incredibly thoughtful owners

We had an amazing time! The check-in process was flawless. Communication with the owners very easy and quick. The location was amazing The house was very clean. Everything was accounted for towels and snacks and drinks and games. They even used the paddle boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked and grilled, and we had a fire. It was very clear that the owners are very thoughtful and provided anything anyone would need and just made life easy. Thank you so much. Parents Weekend

Location was nice and convenient to grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. Rocco’s pizza is a must! Interior of home is very cozy. Couch is very lived in and could use replacing. Mattresses are very comfortable! Carpets in bedrooms are stained, but looked clean. Water pressure in bathrooms isn’t the best. Cooler on deck could have used cleaning . Still had old warm beer from previous guests in it. Bikes are old and rusty. Canoe and kayak were very dirty. Did not use. Kitchen is well stocked, but no cookie sheets. It worked for our weekend and was overall pleased.

Thank you for your review and the kind words as it pertains to convenience, proximity to stores and restaurants, cozy interior, well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable mattresses. Cookie sheets located and placed at guests’ fingertips. We take great pride in our home. We encourage guest to contact us during their stay as opposed to waiting until checkout. Fabric material couch fairly young, with no rips, holes, stains or tears, cushions are not worn and not deformed. Open to researching couches with different material type. One bedroom observed with (2) small spots from a metal stool leg. Scheduled for another spot cleaning. Plumber reported water pressure for private well water pump system within normal to above normal. New shower heads allow guest to adjust water style and pressure. The cooler with beer, although a nice amenity, was not left by host/owner for guest use or consumption. Cooler and beer discarded. If requested we will accommodate this added amenity at a cost. Operable bikes left outside for guest accessibility. Brackish (salt/fresh water) spray from the bay will rust bike metal. Bike rusting is beyond our control and nearly impossible to manage, reasessing bike options. During a hurricane storm surge, we secured all outdoor items from flying or floating away. For this reason the canoe and kayak was filled with water and taken out of commission. Four new paddle boards were available for guest to use after storm surge no longer pose a threat.

This was a quick getaway. The house did not disappoint! Very clean, kitchen well organized and stocked. Any items you may have forgotten the host had it available (sun block, insect repellent, clean towels and the list goes on). The pictures are accurate of the house. Steps to the water and sand. Thank you again for sharing your home, we had a wonderful time.

This house was spectacular. The owners have thought of everything from all of the charging stations to all of the spa products in the bathrooms. The view and deck was amazing. It was a perfect getaway with my sister.

The owners have thought of everything you might need, and they provide high quality items and appliances for your use. We loved the deck and gazebo and having TVs in every room, though we hardly used them. Being on the water was delightful, and it was a perfect get-away. We hope to come back. We really appreciated how they had thoughtfully stocked paper products, etc. The house was very clean. I could have used a bit firmer mattress, but overall I slept OK. I made it up one morning to capture the sunrise!

You will have the pleasure of enjoying a private beachfront area to relax, listen to the waves, tan, take a swim, lounge on a floatable, or just enjoying the view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Winters months are just as beautiful.
