Our cozy apartment in the heart of Fuldatal is located on the ground floor of a two-family house, has about 50 m² and is divided as follows:
Small kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed (200 x 200 cm) and living room with third bed (fold-out sofa bed, about 130 x 190 cm).
The apartment has WiFi and Amazon Fire TV.

Further comments:
- Non smoking apartment; However, smoking is possible in the covered entrance area
- no pets
- Laundry package (sheets and towels) optional for an additional charge
- A fee for the final cleaning is not charged!

The apartment is located in Fuldatal (district Ihringshausen), directly adjacent to the documenta city Kassel. In about 300 m distance is a bus stop. From here you can reach the Kassel city center in 20 minutes (by car in about 15 minutes).
Furthermore, you can reach the Habichtswald Nature Park, the Reinhardswald, the Edersee and the Kellerwald.

Wir haben ein sehr gutes unterkunft gehabt bei Karin und Gerd. Das appartement is sehr schon und die umgebung ist ruhig und in die nahe sind viele schone ordte zu besuchen. wir haben herrlich geschlafen, das bett ist gross und schlaft sehr gut. Karin und Gerd sind sehr gute gastgeber. Freundlich und hatten viel information fur uns. Und nochmals danke fur die apfel aus dem garten.

Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehme und nette Menschen. Sie haben uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und entspricht den vorhandenen Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann sehr entspannen. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen! Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Mehr als nur zufrieden!

Wir buchten diese Wohnung recht kurzfristig an einem Feiertag. Der Vermieter war sofort bemüht uns die Unterbringung zu ermöglichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich,hat alles was man benötigt und liegt in einer guten Lage. Doch abgesehen von der Wohnung muss man hier ganz klar ein riesen Lob an die Vermieter geben. Sie sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in einer schwierigen Zeit bei ihnen gebucht und sie waren sehr verständnisvoll und einfühlsam. Danke nochmal. Es hat uns so sehr gefallen,dass wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit schon das dritte Mal dort untergebracht sind. Gerne empfehlen wir sie weiter.

Bei sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern mit einer so schönen Ferienwohnung kann ein Besuch in Kassel nur in super Erinnerung bleiben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zu erreichen , ruhig gelegen, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bei der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herrliche Tage im Fuldatal

Die Ferienwohnung übertraf in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen. Mit der modernen und funktionalen Ausstattung erfüllte sie alle Bedürfnisse im Urlaub. Sehr schön und perfekt sauber

Den bisherigen Bewertungen gibt es eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen. Schön und praktisch eingerichtete und absolut top saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Schuberts sind sehr nett, auch wenn man etwas später anreist, wie das bei uns durch verpassten Zug der Fall war. Im Sommer ist für Schwimmer das Waldmineralbad zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir nicht nach Kassel ziehen würden, wäre die Ferienwohnung auch in Zukunft erste Wahl. Herzliche Grüße nochmals an Familie Schubert, alles Gute!

Perfekt in jeder Hinsicht

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Trotzdem kann man schnell mit dem ÖPNV oder mit dem PKW nach Kassel kommen. Alles perfekt sauber, große Räume, ein prima Bett und alles da, was man erwarten kann. Können wir wirklich empfehlen!

It’s a beautiful space in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The host couple are very sweet. If you don’t have a car, it will require a bus and a tram to get to downtown Kassel. It’s about a 20-30 minute journey.
