This place was very easy to find, SO clean, we'll furnished, comfortable bed, big fluffy pillows, even included a washer and dryer so we could wash our trip clothes before heading home from vacation!

Perfect for extended stay

My husband stayed here for an extended stay moving down here for a new job. Sophia and Harry are superb hosts, so kind and friendly! The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. Will recommend to others for long stays or vacations.

Quiet pleasant stay

This studio is as listed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner is very nice and easily accessible. Next year we hope to stay two weeks.

Great spot. Friendly host. Will visit again!

Our host and her son were both very accommodating and friendly. The location is very clean and quiet. I brought my partner here to celebrate her birthday and it was a very nice cozy time and a lovely neighborhood. I will definitely consider this location again! Thanks!

Very nice place and owners!

Wish it was closer to our son! Would definitely stay here every year, if it was closer. Loved the neighborhood for my daily walks. Had a few small issues, but they were all dealt with quickly.

Perfect And Affordable Lodging

Everything from finding the offer to confirming and paying for the lodging to communication with the host for checkin and checkout was excellent and hassle-free. Clean, safe, comfortable above-garage private entrance apartment was great. Washer and dryer was an added bonus. I will stay here again in the future when I visit my siblings, and will recommend it to others who need a perfect place to stay while in Ft Myers.

Well Done

For what this area has been through in the last year, we were very satisfied with this property. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. Property was clean. Location was exceptional. The neighborhood is as about as good as gets, super nice homes around the area. We would highly recommend this property.

Ft Myers Canal Upper Flat Studio

In town to help DIL settling her mother's Estate / moving and cleaning her Mom's condo before the lease ends at the end of this month. Sophia and son were very helpful and understanding, and we look forward to someday staying there on a vacation - thank you.

Reasonably-priced base of operations

We enjoyed the spacious efficiency. Bed was good, kitchen small but adequate. The owner was kind and communicative. She asked us to give her suggestions for improving rental experience as we were first-time renters. We did, and she was appreciative. Car needed to drive to places we wanted to see and enjoy. Owner gave helpful tips on restaurants and sites.

Great 2 week stay

As advertised. Like having my own apartment. Bed was super comfortable which is nice because I struggle to sleep otherwise. Harry, who was on site was great. Air quit working one day and he had someone out within 20 minutes. Having the washer and dryer in unit was also great, especially on a long stay. Location was perfect. So close to everything. Will book again next trip to Ft. Myers.

I stayed for two weeks at the beginning of April while attending client meetings. It was perfect as a base, nice and clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the evening. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (hotplate, no stove) as I like to cook instead of going out to restaurants. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Between the hotplate, the microwave, and the toaster oven, I did quite well for myself. The king sized bed is most comfortable. It is well located and perfect for 1 or two for an extended stay. Note that there isn't much sitting outside, although the host was quite fine with me taking one of the provided beach chairs to sit by the canal.

Convenient, Private, & Enjoyable

This home is tucked in behind the beautiful royal palms lining McGregor Boulevard. A perfect spot to settle in for a weekend or a few months as was the case for me. Your hosts are Sophia and Harry who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is welcoming and enjoyable. The apartment in the loft of this home is very private with private access and has all the amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and plenty of space for a loft-style apartment. A washer and dryer are provided in the apartment- so doing your own laundry is a snap. Cable TV and internet/wifi are also included and worked really well with good speed for work purposes. Although my stay was primarily work-related, the home is situated with an easy drive to beaches, restaurants, and area attractions. Having stayed through Hurricane Ian, I will tell you that Fort Myers did a great job getting the community back up and running pretty quickly. So, there is plenty to do and see. If you need a restaurant recommendation, ask Harry. Whether seafood, steaks, or casual dining, he knows the area and I found the food was always terrific. I intend to return next year and this property will be my first call. Thanks Sophia and Harry. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to see you both again soon. Bill Porter W.M. Better than depicted.

The unit was much more spacious than the photos on the web site depicted. The outside stairs were very sturdy and safe with a motion sensor light...very helpful at night. The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator which was great for our 10 day stay. Neighborhood was quite and safe even though we were close to the major street (McGregor) going through town. We were close to beaches, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and GREAT restaurants. Only suggestion for improvement: a more comfortable coach for sitting.

Perfect stay!

This place was perfect & had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Kitchen, full bath, king bed, large screen TV, wifi & the list goes on . Easy parking in the driveway & easy access to the "suite". Excellent communication with the owner. I saved this place as a place to definitely stay at again!

Overall a great place

Overall, we really liked this place! It’s in a quiet neighborhood (which is great when sleeping), it was clean and we appreciated having both a kitchen and laundry space. With traffic it can be a bit farther from the beaches, but maybe that was just because we came at a busy time (March).
