Owner was very friendly and kept in communication. The parking numbers were a little confusing because they were not in order but found it. The place is a quaint little place and fit our needs.

It didn't appear the property matched what we saw online. Very dimly lit hallway to the unit. It was so dark we needed a flashlight to enter the combination on the lockbox to get in. The unit had an unpleasant smell. Pool was dirty. Several residents looked questionable in behavior. Bathrooms outdated.

Good value for short term stay.

We had a comfortable 2 week stay. Two bedroom unit in an older condominium complex. Lanai overlooks the pool area. Appliances are up to date. Adequate kitchen ware and supplies. WiFi and Roku service provided. Common laundry has plenty of machines. Complex is conveniently located for access to Edison Mall and downtown entertainment area. Easy drive to my venue during the stay.

DON'T DO IT

It was one of the worst experiences i have had. The pool hasnt worked in about a year. It wasnt stated in the listing that i would be sharing the unit with anyone. Not to mentione the other ones would be ROACHES. Contacted property ower and she told me that the pool was being fixed.And evryone in Fort Meyers has roaxhes. In which was another lie. There is nothing in the listing that there would be a on going stobe light show going on the hole time. Meaning that every light in the unit flickered from the time you turned them to turning off. Contacted ower about the problem and was told everyone in Fort Meyer lights flicker lol. The place was dirty. All i can say is look elsewhere and save your time and money

Pulling into the property on the side road next to it was very suspicious and unacceptable activity going on. I did not feel safe in the area nor was I going to leave my teenage children there while I went to watch my son play baseball. I communicated this with the host and got no response. I was hoping to at least get my cleaning fee back as we never even went into the property.. If you are looking for a safe place for a family, this is not going to be the place for you. And ZERO commutation with host after my concern

Sofa was in terrible shape, I killed 6 cockroaches, cold ot sit on the lanai without inhaling pot from the upstairs neighbors laundry facilities on premises were philthy, our host was not to accomadating with the cleanliness of her rental. I will be calling VRBO when I get home.

The unit was clean and adequate in size. Condo complex easy to find but the specific unit was hard to find since all entrances were from inside so you could see the unit number as we drive around. The furniture was good except one if the couches that was in terrible shape. I didn’t invite friends over because it would have been embarrassing. That was strange because everything else was in good condition

Wasn’t in the greatest of neighborhoods and people played loud music constantly a dog was barking mostly every day the school was right next to the condo building very loud. A few mornings we had some homeless people use the swimming pool as their bath.

Later on in my life, I decided to visit the United States, where my first stop was Chicago, I was very fascinated by the way of life and decided to further explore. While visiting Chicago, I heard lots of good things about the Sunshine State., so I decided to visit and my first stop was Fort Myers Florida. Right away I fell in love with the area, which presented a warm and friendly atmosphere through the people and the beautiful attractions. I have traveled extensively throughout the world both international and domestic and no other place caught attention like Fort Myers.

My reason for acquiring this property is because the location is close to the down town water district of Fort Myers Florida, this location is very unique as a result of its easy access to the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Winter Estate, The Barbra B. Man Theater, The Edison Shopping Mall, and Fort Myers Beach just to name a few. I have owned this property for 8 years, and there has been no incidents of theft or property damage reported, this gives me a safe feeling and comfort which all guest should take advantage of.

The rental property has an outdoor pool which is accessible from dusk to about 10:30 pm. in addition, the apartment has hurricane resistant windows and patio door that provides a safe and quiet environment while enjoying a full view regardless of the whether conditions. There is also state of the art flat screen television in every room that provides everyone an opportunity to view his or her favorite movie or TV show in the comfort of their own space. The property is newly renovated, with top of the line furniture and amenities' which were included as a part of this project. Enjoy a beautiful well-manicured courtyard, with heated pool, this beautiful first floor unit has a screened-in Lanai where you can enjoy the warm weather and great sunsets every day while one can stay connect with family and friends while taking advantage of the FREE WiFi which is accessible 24/7.
