Bring the whole family to this luxurious resort-like Mediterranean retreat! It was built with comfort and elegance in mind with 6 bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 16. 16 people is the max at any given time allowed. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the pool while the kids play in the garage game room, watch movies in the theatre room or play on the playground. There is also a putting green and hot tub. You’ll love the extra little treasures you’ll find while exploring the beautiful private gated almost 2 acres.

Excessive guest count or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Very exclusive neighborhood and closely monitored. Please be advised of rules before booking as we have systems in place to immediately detect and shut down large group gatherings. If this happens you will be forced to leave and no refund will be given. Per Carefree city policy, we require ID verification prior to your stay. Once you book, we ask that you send a photo of your ID along with a selfie of you holding your ID. We also must get your guest count, and per city rules again we have a max of 16 guests. We want you to relax, have fun and enjoy yourself of course… but these policies are necessary due to the popular trend of pay per attendance “mansion parties “.

Bedroom 1: King Bed / Bedroom 2: King Bed / Bedroom 3: King Bed / Bedroom 4: King Bed / Bedroom 5: Queen Bed / Bedroom 6: Queen Bed and triple full size bunk along with 3 twin rollaway beds. We also have a pack and play for the little one.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV’s, pool table, ping-pong table, pop a shot, arcade games, gaming table, gas fireplaces, baby grand piano, en-suites, jetted tub, walk-in closet, and board games.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill, outdoor dining areas, balconies, gas fire pit, umbrellas, lounge chairs, putting green, playground, pool, hot tub, corn hole and fountains.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with central island, breakfast bar with seating, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, crockpot, spices, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, two refrigerators, highchair etc.

GENERAL: Central Air conditioning and heating, washer/dryer, detergent, linens and towels, hairdryer, hangers, ceiling fans, iron/board, trash bags and paper towels etc.

SUITABILITY: 7 steps required to enter, 2 story, bedroom and bathroom on main floor, 5 exterior security cameras facing out, pet friendly with paid fee ( pre-trip), optional daily pool heat fee ( paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay and with at least 2 days notice since pool is very large it takes this long to heat comfortably). Pool temperature would be approximately 85 degrees when heated.

PARKING: Driveway suitable for 5-7 cars max.

- No smoking of anything anywhere on property ( indoor or outdoor) If signs of smoking are discovered, the guests automatically authorize us to charge a $500 fee for the
additional cleaning required.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings. No Dj’s hired/ outdoor music after 10pm or live bands allowed

- Must be at least 28 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply if house rules broken

- Photo ID will be required upon check-in. No access given to house without ID matching info used to book

- Do not tamper with pool/ spa equipment. The pool equipment is managed remotely (wireless). It’s a complicated system and could be damaged if not done correctly.

- No weapons allowed on property

- Cancellation for breaking rules will result in a loss of all rents paid

- If internet goes out, we will send someone to check on it. Internet must stay plugged in.

We are now implementing the Arizona laws passed recently to screen guests and protect all guests/ home owners involved.

-We reserve the right at all times to ask you to leave if you are breaking house rules. We also have the right to use any force or means necessary. Any charges incurred from you not leaving if asked will also be your responsibility including additional security companies used, tow trucks, or any fines added by the City of Carefree or Maricopa County Sheriff’s office.

No parking on the street.

The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. Please do not park on the street. No parties or loud music that could bother neighbors. Please keep it respectful and peaceful to enable us to maintain our relationships with neighbors. Thank you!

Please note: the pool is very large, so if you are adding the pool heat fee we need 2 days notice before arrival to reach the correct temperature ( average 80-85) in order to swim. Also, there are no safety fences or gates around pool or hot tub. Hot tub does have a cover. Anyone unable to properly swim will need to be closely monitored. No lifeguards on duty at any time.

There will be a binder on the counter full of info also I will send you a detailed email before arrival. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.
