Great host! He reached out the day before to discuss the check-in process which was seamless. The house was in great shape and had all the amenities a group could ask for. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the Phoenix area and with a large group!

We are a big family of 20, 10 adults and 10 kids ages 1-14. Fun for all! Pool was awesome-clean & warm. Theater room and game area were also a big hit. We spent most of our time right at the house. As seems so common with rentals, it could use a little TLC but nothing that would ruin our stay. We would consider renting again

This is such a beautiful, fun place. Although it is in some disrepair we really had a great time. But on the last night it rained through a golf ball-sized hole in one bedroom’s ceiling, and because of that, I complained about that and some loose pavers at the edge of the pool/ hot tub then asked for a discount. The property manager’s response was to attack and gaslight and to accuse our family of trashing the property.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you sharing it. This is a large vacation home ideal for family gatherings and communal stays, but not a luxury resort or hotel with private rooms and hotel-style services for every guest. For groups of 30 , we reach out beforehand to confirm the home suits their needs for space, sleeping arrangements, and amenities. Unfortunately, we received no reply from you in this case. The roof leak was repaired before your arrival; the drywall repair is scheduled soon. We purchased and provided extra pillows, towels, and linens, plus allowed an 11:00 AM early check-in. We noted that all bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows, towels—even tablecloths) was used, with makeshift beds on floors throughout. Loose pavers are a minor ongoing item we do monitor. We respectfully declined the post-stay discount request, as the issues did not substantially affect the home’s overall usability for its intended large-group, casual style. Very large parties often work best here in a shared setup rather than equal private beds or hotel-like privacy. For those needs, we recommend nearby hotels. We greatly value our many returning large groups who enjoy the property annually. Thank you for staying with us—we hope future guests have wonderful experiences.

We recently stayed at this Cave Creek, AZ property for five days with a group of five families, and overall had a really fun and memorable spring break. The home is huge and truly set up for large groups—there’s plenty of space to spread out, relax, and spend time together. The outdoor amenities are a major highlight: the large pool, swim-up bar, fire pit, gazebo, and sports areas gave everyone something to enjoy, and the mountain views are absolutely beautiful. The mini golf course and sport court were especially fun for the kids, and the spacious grounds made it feel like a private resort.Inside, the home has a huge kitchen that made it easy to cook for a big group, and it’s well stocked with dishes, utensils, and helpful gadgets. There were also extra roller beds, which came in handy, and a movie room that added to the entertainment options. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay—he came by a couple of times to maintain the pool and even dropped off extra towels, which we really appreciated. The house could use a few updates, however nothing needed updating that impacted our stay. The owner was incredibly helpful, and easy to contact with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property.

I can’t say enough good things about John and his home! John was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The house was perfect for our big group and we were all so in love with the patio and pool. The location was perfect with so many food options and Walmart so close but still giving that secluded feeling. I’ll definitely be back for more trips not only because we loved the house but also how at home John made us feel.

We built this estate in 2006 with the vision of creating a place where family and friends could gather, relax, and enjoy the best of the Arizona lifestyle. It has since become a truly special retreat for our family, and we are pleased to share it with our guests.

Set on 4.5 private, gated acres, the property offers approximately 8,400 square feet of living space, combining comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities. It is ideal for large families, group getaways, golf trips, reunions, and special celebrations, with plenty of room to come together while still enjoying personal space.

The estate is designed for entertainment without ever needing to leave. Guests can enjoy the resort-style pool, private 9-hole miniature golf course, sport court, and stunning desert surroundings, then unwind with a movie in the private theater or relax under the Arizona night sky.

More than just a place to stay, this is a private resort experience created for connection, relaxation, and lasting memories. Whether you’re here for golf, a family vacation, a reunion, or simply to enjoy the Arizona sunshine, we hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Cave Creek offers the perfect blend of authentic Arizona charm and Scottsdale-area attractions. Explore excellent restaurants, historic shops, Western nightlife, shopping and antiquing, with outstanding golf courses—including Rancho Mañana, Dove Valley Ranch, Desert Mountain and Wildfire—just minutes away.

The property is also ideally located for enjoying many of the Valley’s biggest attractions and events, including MLB Spring Training, the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale, Barrett-Jackson, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks and the Fiesta Bowl. Whether you’re coming for golf, sports, dining, shopping or simply the Arizona sunshine, you’ll have easy access to the best of the Valley.

And yes—you’ll have your own private 9-hole miniature golf course. The entertainment continues indoors with a large private theater, premium TV programming and a whole-home Control4 and Sonos audio system, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music throughout the estate.

Privacy is another standout feature. The entire 4.5-acre estate is surrounded by a block wall with a private gated entrance, creating a secluded resort-like setting for you and your guests.

Want to leave the driving to someone else? Our family also owns Bigelow Limousine Services, making it easy to arrange private transportation for your stay.
