Welcome to Kaz Ananas, our holiday cocoon located a few steps from the beach of Anse à l'Âne, in Trois-Îlets.

Kaz Ananas is located in the lower part of Anse à l'Âne. The beach is a 7–10 minute walk away, with no big hill to climb on the way back!

We come several times a year as a couple, with our children, family or friends. With each stay, we maintain it, we improve it and add new attentions so that everyone immediately feels like they are on holiday.PGJyPg
Located in a small, quiet, flowery and perfectly maintained Creole residence, Kaz Ananas offers you an authentic setting, far from the concrete, while remaining close to everything that makes the charm of Anse à l'Âne.

Here, holidays are lived on foot.
Reach, in less than 10 minutes, easily, the family beach. Pick up croissants and delicious cinnamon apples at the bakery, have lunch in a restaurant with your feet in the sand, do some shopping or enjoy water activities.

Board the sea shuttle to reach Fort-de-France. The car can easily be parked for several days.

Only 25 km from Martinique Aimé Césaire airport and about 30 minutes from the Fort-de-France ferry terminal thanks to the sea shuttle, Kaz Ananas is also an ideal starting point to discover all of Martinique.

Even the most remote sites on the island can be reached in less than two hours.

A real holiday home
The air-conditioned apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.

You will enjoy two bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds, a living room with smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a fan, a modern bathroom, separate toilet and an office area equipped with an USB-C screen and a printer.

The covered terrace, opening onto a private Creole garden, has quickly become our favourite place. In the morning, have your coffee while the hummingbirds come to forage on the flowers in the garden. In the evening, share a barbecue in a peaceful atmosphere before falling asleep to the song of tropical frogs.

A kitchen like at home
We like to cook, even on holiday.
The kitchen is equipped like the one in our house: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, complete crockery and many utensils.

Whether you want to prepare a fish bought at the market, a family barbecue or just warming up a meal after a day at the beach, everything is planned.

Travel light
We have tried to think of everything.
Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
You will also find a washing machine, beach chairs, parasol, cooler, shopping trolley and snorkelling equipment.

Some light clothes, your swimming costumes and flip-flops... the rest is already waiting for you.

Thanks to all the equipment available on site, a simple cabin bag can often be enough. You save on the cost of checked luggage, save time at the airport and enjoy your stay faster.

Discover Martinique at your own pace
Set off early in the morning to observe turtles at Les Anses-d'Arlet, stroll through the Grand Marché de Fort-de-France after a boat crossing, admire the sunset on the beach of Anse à l'Âne or explore Le Diamant, Sainte-Luce, Le Marin, the Salines, the distilleries or the north of the island so lush.

Whatever your mood for the day, Kaz Ananas is an excellent starting point to discover all of Martinique.

Génipa shopping centre: about 30 minutes (hypermarket, shopping centre and many brands).

Our advice:

Don't miss the lolos, these small stands set up on the side of the roads. Depending on the season, you will find local fruits and vegetables, fresh juices, smoked chicken, freshly caught fish and many other Martinican specialities. A great way to discover the flavours of the island while favouring local producers.

There are so many things to do that you will be forced to come back... Martinique is the island of ghosts...
