Welcome to Uhldingen-Mühlhofen on Lake Constance! You live in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen in the direct outskirts in the district of Mühlhofen, known for its proximity to the Affenberg Salem. Uhldingen-Mühlhofen is located opposite the island of Mainau on Lake Constance between Meersburg (4 km) and Überlingen (12 km). The surrounding area is very suitable for a relaxing as well as for a sporty and active vacation. The nearby area is also ideal for cycling, running and walking.
The apartment covers approx. 80 square meters, is located on the ground floor and was only recently completely renovated. It has a double bedroom and a living room with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. In the third room there is a fully equipped kitchen with sufficient cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, waste separation system, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob with integrated oven, toaster, microwave and a large dining table. The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. A special feature of our apartment is the well-equipped fitness room. The apartment has a covered terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and has a parking space. Bicycles can be stored under cover.

Wir haben für 2 erwachsene Personen und ein 6jähriges Kind gebucht. Es war nur ein 160m Bett vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher für zwei Personen. Trotz Hinweis darauf, wurde uns geraten, das Kind in der Mitte schlafen zu lassen

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kühle der Räume waren eine Wohltat bei der Hitze. Alle für uns interessanten Orte waren leicht zu erreichen. Natürlich war die Zeit viel zu kurz - aber wir kommen gern wieder! Alle guten Wünsche!

Schöne Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein seh schöner Ort um sich abseits von dem Rummel zu erholen. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir recht kalt aber der Vermieter hat dann Veranlasst dass die Heizung eingeschaltet hat.

Saubere stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit etwas Kellerflair

Problemloser Check-in, netter Vermieter, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, saubere grosse Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man braucht (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Wäscheständer etc.). Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinentabs etwas knapp bemessen (Toilettenpapier nachgekauft). Auf Anfrage wurde uns das Schlafsofa in den Fitnessraum gestellt, so dass wir zwei separate Schlafzimmer hatten (positiv). Schlafsofa leider etwas unbequem. Wohnung zwar Paterre, aber am Hang gelegen. Küche und Bad Richtung Hang liegend und ohne Fenster. Wohnung insgesamt eher dunkel, was es ungemütlich macht. Vereinzelt Käfer (zwei mit ca. 3 cm Grösse) in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Gesamtfazit: Wohnung ok.

Ein hoch mit Feuerwerk für den Gastgeber dieses Objekts. Alles einwandfrei, von der Lage, über die Hygiene, der Kulisse bis zur absolut problemlosen Kommunikation von Herr Uhlemann. Einfach nur Traumhaft. Vielen , vielen tausend Dank für die leider viel zu kurze Dauer des Aufenthaltes......Unser Ziel für nächstes Jahr steht Bombenfest. Ganz herzliche Grüße Familie Kuhn

Freundlich, sympathisch, ruhig

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Herr Uhlemann ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilft unproblematisch. Das Haus ist am Ende der Straße gelegen, so daß man die Ruhe genießen kann, gleich in den Feldern ist, um z.B. zum Affenberg zu wandern. Auch Bushaltestellen sind ganz in der nahe, so daß man gut zu verschiedenen Ausflugszielen gelangen kann.... Im Fitneßraum kann man sich "auspowern". Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Toller Aufenthalt am Bodensee

in einer super-Ferienwohnung, die auch noch top ausgestattet ist. Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht - vielen Dank!! Die Lage war für uns super, da wir dort Erholung vom Trubel des Tages gefunden haben. Hierher kommen wir sicher wieder gerne!

Eine schön und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz um sich dabei auch mal bei durchwachsenem Wetter aufzuhalten. Bei Sonnenschein lädt eine große Liegewiese ein. Die Einrichtung ist dabei modern, besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Vermieter, Herr Uhlemann, geht gerne auf die Fragen seiner Gäste ein und berät, wo es gewünscht ist. Er ist sehr nett. Ansonsten ist auch Informationsmaterial über die Highlights des Bodensees vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und natürlich den Bodensee erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten. Tolle Lage, hier fehlt es an nichts. Sehr höflicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter...

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail

Wir waren zu zweit in der Ferienwohnung und wurden herzlich begrüßt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist modern und gut eingerichtet. Auch eine Terrasse und Wiese laden zu einem Verweilen in der Natur ein. Die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe war wie gewünscht und bei Problemen war der Inhaber stets immer sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Ausstattung die besser nicht sein könnte und der Fitnessraum war auch ein sehr schönes Extra. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
