Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung, direkt in der Altstadt von Tübingen

Der Check-in Vorgang verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage. Bestens geeignet für eine Person, für zwei fast etwas zu klein.

Perfekte Innenstadtlage

Kleines, aber feines Apartment in perfekter Innenstadtlage: sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral (Bushaltestelle Nonnenhaus bzw. Wilhelmstraße nur ein paar Meter entfernt). Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise sehr unkompliziert. Dank Zwei-Platten-Kochstelle, Kühlschrank und Grundausstattung mit Ess- und Kochgeschirr auch für etwas längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet.

Sehr zentral gelegene schöne, kleine Wohnung. Mäßig gute Ausstattung (eine Handvoll Tabs für die Spülmaschine und eventuell Filter für die Kaffeemaschine wären schön gewesen). Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Great location and with all needed

The property has all the listed amenities plus an iron and an iron board, which was great for me because I was travelling in business by myself. Supermarket just a block away, taxis and bus at less than 100m. Everything was cleaned and as listed.

Supersaubere, praktisch eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Auch die kleine Küche bietet alles, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien alles sehr hygienisch. Bett bequem. Mit TV und Radio eingerichtet. An alles gedacht. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Vermieter sofort tel erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Frage. 2 Gehminuten in Altstadt. Perfekte Lage. Einzig: Für 2 Personen machbar, dann aber wirklich sehr klein und eng... Gut, dass ich alleine war :-)

Sauberkeit gut Lage gut, aber dunkel PKW Stellplatz gut Einrichtung eher wie ein Hotelzimmer, zur Aufenthaltqualität würde mind. ein Sessel fehlen Küchenzeile gut bei dem Preis wie ein Hotel (nur ohne Frühstück) wäre Kaffee od. Tee, Zucker, Flasche Wasser im Küchenschrank eine nette Geste

Loved it.

Great apartment on the bottom floor. Clean with all the basic amenities. Within walking distance to the train station and right next to the old town. There is also a grocery story nearby. If you want to cook a light meal, the basics pots/pans are provided, but no seasonings. I would happily stay again.
