Beautiful waterfront apartment 50m from the beach, for 4 people.
Apartment on the 2nd floor in a residence 50m from the beach of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. The accommodation is composed of a living room with kitchen area equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, sofa and television. It has a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and storage space.
The apartment has a sea view. Air conditioning.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
