We had a great relaxing stay! The accommodations were warm and accommodating, dining was good, the pool and hottub still operate through winter.We enjoyed a hottub turning a snow fall event. It was everything and more than I expected.

Suncadia is a beautiful property. We made this reservation at the last minute because we needed to change our vacation plans due to the fires in Washington. The hostess was very responsive at first, seeming to understand our situation and told me she would have her team clean this unit first, so we would hopefully be able to check in early. Our instructions were to wait to hear from her. The official check-in began at four and we didn’t hear from her until 430 that our unit was ready. It was quite disappointing. I believe checkout is at 11 so if her team actually cleaned this unit first, it’s hard to believe that it took 5 1/2 hours. The unit is small and the Juliett balcony is just a sliding door with a gate so you don’t fall out.

Clean and stocked. Bed was really comfortable. The air conditioner wasn't working very well at the time but the host Jillian worked quickly to get us another unit. The property was great, beautiful and fun. Would stay here again.
