Pink Paradise Just 10 mins from Downtown Nashville

Brand new tri-level townhome just minutes from all the excitement in Downtown Nashville. Relax on the patio with gas fire bowl until it is time to hit the World Famous Honky Tonks! Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig for making coffee or tea after a long night out. Extremely convenient to all the hot eateries of East Nashville, and you can even walk to Crema, a local (delicious!) coffee shop down the block.

We can’t wait to host you & your friends and family on your Nashville adventure!
The space
The main floor includes fully equipped kitchen, dining table that can convert from 2-4 seats, as well as a couch that folds into a firm queen size bed. Roku TV with Amazon Prime video, Disney+, Apple TV and access to other platforms if you wish to login to your home accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)

The second floor bedroom suite is the Pink Paradise! Plush bedding, a cloud-like bed and dreamy curtains will lull you to sleep after a long night on the town. The huge walk in shower is steps from your bed and will get you refreshed for your day.

On the top floor you have access to a full size washer and dryer as well as the patio where you can relax in front of the gas fire bowl. There is also a bunk bed with a single on top, full size bed below and a roll out single underneath. Perfect for families! There are also washable markers, crayons, drawing paper and puzzles to keep kids of all ages entertained. A pack and play is also available for the tiniest travelers. The fire pit on the balcony is ready to use. We have added a video on YouTube at https://youtu.be/-ynv-WcccwI with the directions for use.
Guest access
The townhouse has an August lock to allow entry into the townhouse via the August app. There is no physical key available.

Access is to the entire unit. Parking is free and unassigned.

There is an additional outdoor picnic area behind the far row of units for residents or guests to use.

Guests must have a profile photo uploaded prior to check in.

Overnight stay

Our family of 8 were comfortable for the night and slept well. I liked that it was located in a gated community. Parking was easy. There were a couple of small issues we had. For example, the bathroom sliding door would not stay closed or locked and the coffee pot had mold in it. These can be easily fixed, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cute rental to others traveling to Nashville. (One bathroom was a challenge for 8 of us, but we knew that going in).

Great Location

Booked this condo for a weekend trip with the guys, condo was clean and represented well by the pictures. The location is not in the best part of town but it is in a gated community and very safe :) It was also close and convenient to Nissan Stadium and Broadway..Would stay here again :)

Comfortable and convenient

My two teens and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The property was clean & well-stocked. Downtown was just a short drive or Uber ride away, and it was great to have a spacious & quiet space to relax after being in the downtown hustle. The hosts obviously put a lot of care into making this space so welcoming!
