Great Vacation lodge and awesome heated parking garage!!

Great Rental

This was a great rental. It was roomy, clean, and fully stocked. It was in a great location close to some of our favorite places. Lake, Dillon, Snake River Saloon and Hayward Cafe

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and the hot tubs were awesome! The sky light in the extra bedroom was a little too bright, but it was a full moon. Nice location

Girls weekend

This place is listed as non smoking, and 2 bedrooms. The person below us our entire stay has been smoking cigars on the balcony. My son has asthma. We are forced to shut the windows and it’s gotten so hot it’s miserable. The 2 bedroom listing is illegal. The 2nd “room” has a ceiling skylight window with no way to open it because the knob was either removed or broken off. The room has no air flow and is a fire hazard. The pull out bed is very thin and the bars can easily be felt. It is also broken. We’ve been miserable counting the time to go home. We can’t afford to leave to go elsewhere and I am in fear of my son’s health due to the smoking. I complained about the smoking yesterday and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, when I mentioned I have a 4 month old and an autistic son, they said they’d tell the HOA it’s the unit below me… so it went from they can do nothing to they’ll tell the HOA. I got not update and I feel like I paid to be a prisoner on my own vacation.

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify that our team did take action regarding the smoking complaint. We reported the issue to the HOA multiple times, and they assured us they would contact the occupants of the unit below. Because the smoking was coming from another privately occupied unit, we had no authority to directly stop it or enforce the HOA's rules ourselves. We also want to clarify that none of the other concerns mentioned in this review were reported to us during your stay. Had you notified us about the bedroom, sleeper sofa, or window, we would have been happy to investigate and address anything within our control. While we understand that the smoke was frustrating, the statement that you were left without assistance is not accurate. We escalated the issue to the appropriate party and followed up with the HOA regarding their response. We appreciate the feedback and will review the additional concerns with our property team.

Cozy Ski Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! Easy access to the ski resort by walking trail or driving. The condo was cozy and kitchen had most things we needed. We had some difficulty with the key cards and had to get new ones a few times but the management company worked well with us to help us. The fireplace created a nice ambiance and the furniture was comfy. We also enjoyed the outdoor hottub with views of the resort!

Nice Place

Nice place, very clean. Hot tubs are nice. Only complaint is the bedroom faces the highway and it’s loud at night with windows open. Also there is no window in the second bedroom. Would be a great spot if you were visiting to ski.

Cozy & quaint

Cozy, quaint space. Fantastic location at a great price to unwind after a day on the slopes. Space was clean and had all the necessities to cook some meals as well. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Great customer service communication. We’ll likely book again in the future. Thank you!
