Or relax in the clawfoot tub! 💻 Staying the week & work remote? Work space ready for you! Wifi/Netflix. Updated kitchen & laundry space in your home away from home! 🐶 Dogs <50lbs (2 max) ☀️ Sunday-Sunday June -Aug Newly FENCED yard & Gas grill! Walk in with living room & work space off the foyer. Walk straight through dining room to kitchen/laundry. Dining table seats 6-8, movable island in kitchen. Full bathroom and First floor master with ensuite bath, to left of kitchen. Open staircase off the living room to the 2nd floor bunk/loft featuring second living space, full bath, two queen (lower ceilings) and 2 twin beds in alcoves with dividers and a large walk in closet with vanity. Air mattress and pack and play also available to sleep kids. 5 TVs available during stay- in living, master, loft, & 2 alcoves with queen beds. Mini split and large overhead fans upstairs. Walk in shower or claw foot tub available downstairs, and a tub/shower combo upstairs. Original hardwoods on the first floor and a gas fireplace adds to the charm! Older home updated with keeping character in mind, truly one of a kind! OUTSIDE: outdoor shower, solo Firepit, outdoor table/umbrella that seats 6, Adirondack chairs, several yard games in the shed, along with floats, paddle board, beach umbrellas, gas Weber on patio (if propane needs to be filled please fill and send receipt for reimbursement), charcoal grill (in shed)and more in the secure fenced yard! Please make sure to turn off all water and gas when not in use. Access to complete house, shed and yard. One small owners pantry with supplies is locked. Prompt communication as needed with owner via message In the historic district… a quiet block walkable or cartable to Beach (5 blocks to entrance at end of our street). Super close to Oyster Farm/Marina village with large walking/biking path and side walk behind the house along Washington which also makes a nice walk or bike ride to beach! 5 blocks to rest of shops and restaurants. 3 blocks to Central Park which kids love for the splash fountain, playground/zipline and field. Live music in the summers! Walk to most everything in Cape Charles or rent a golf cart from eastern shore carts or CC Ryders, especially if you have kids this is easier and they love it! Easy to use car too plenty, of street parking. Park your golf cart out front with charging cord on left side of house, or park next to shed if raining (covered) to charge which you can access from side walk and side yard out front or the vacant lot behind on Washington Or ParkPark your car (s) right out front of our house on the quiet street. Please make sure to park in front of our house (space for two cars) or across the street as to not take our neighbors spaces whom are full time residents and great neighbors! Sunday to Sunday bookings only June Through August ! 2 beach cruisers & a trike , 5 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, paddleboard and floats, new Weber propane grill (if need to refill submit receipt to us for reimbursement), charcoal grill (can get charcoal at food lion if needed) in large shed with yard games and life jackets 2 adult, 2 <30lb kids available for use. Lawn chairs, new solo fire pit, outdoor dining table also available to enjoy in the yard in your home away from home! Outdoor shower is a must! Book your golf carts EARLY with Eastern Shore Custom Carts or CC Ryder… they fill up in summer. It's definitely a walkable/golf carting beach town! Oyster farm marina is also a few block walk so boating into Cape Charles to stay is easy, you can rent a slip daily or weekly. For the busy season we also recommend booking dinner reservations in advance. Some games (in front team console) & kids toys available for use along with baby gear (pack and play, changing pad, booster high chair, sound machine, monitors and a bed rail). *Lawn is mowed every 10 days or so by a company as needed and done quickly, if this is an issue at all just let us know ahead of time. *No parties or events please. *Newly fenced yard -please pick up after your dogs and dispose of all waste in plastic bags, tied in trash can. There will be an additional $50 fee for dogs not picked up after. Please respect the yard so the next guests can enjoy :-) *New paddle board in shed for guest use *Charging cord for golf cart on left of house to run to street or can plug in outside of shed. No EV car charging currently available. Carts can be rented from eastern shore custom carts or Cc ryders. *string lights in front plug into left side of house, remote on green console. String lights in back plug inside shed. Please turn off overnight. *The gas cart in the shed is not for public rental. * Kayaks on back of shed need to be repaired so cannot currently use. *Please purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Refunds will not be give for weather or circumstances beyond our control. Avail through air bnb or other sources online.
