- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: electric barbecue, iron and ironing board, raclette machine, Bluetooth sound bar.

Outside:
- A 16 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

There is a gym in the residence, equipped with cardio and weight training equipment.
