Cocoonr offers you this charming, south-facing house to rent in Strasbourg. It measures 110 m² and can accommodate up to 9 people (baby capacity limited to 1).

It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, armchairs and sofas
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower

First floor:
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: 3 single beds (90x190) adjoining a 20 m² balcony with outdoor furniture
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
A beautiful 200 m² south-facing enclosed garden is ideal for outdoor activities.

The house is ideally located in Strasbourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Less than 10 minutes' walk away, you can visit :
- Strasbourg's convent bridges
- Notre-Dame-de-Strasbourg cathedral
- lively Place Kléber with shops, cafés and events

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed private car park opposite the house, which can accommodate up to four vehicles of any type.
