In the heart of Strasbourg's city centre, the MONTANA flat comprises three bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate WC.

The MONTANA flat is on the 6th floor (with lift) of the building, above the "BOULANGER" shop at 30 rue du 22 novembre.

This apartment can only be rented for a furnished lease of at least one year (co-tenancy possible in the lease). If you can justify being in one of the following situations:
- Professional training
- Higher education
- Apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Voluntary commitment as part of a civic service
- Professional transfer
- Temporary mission within the framework of your professional activity
you can then benefit from a mobility lease for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 10 months.

Guest access

The rue du 22 Novembre is pedestrian and you can reach the building by car only at certain times (from 6 am to 11 am).
But the public parking "Indigo Kléber" (open 24/24) is located near (100m) of the apartment.

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by phone 24/7. This contact number will be communicated to you once your reservation has been validated.

Other things to note

This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.

Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.


The animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.
