Bring your family to this beautiful home located at the Ross Barnett Reservoir in Brandon Mississippi. This newly decorated and painted home is fully furnished. It has 4 bedrooms on one level. There are 2 full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting. WiFi is included , smart TVs in all bedrooms and TV projector in living room. It has a large wooded backyard with fence. It also has Private parking and garage. We hope you enjoy your stay.
The home is located in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to public boating dock , walking trails, parks and restaurants nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a TV projector in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The master bedroom has a 55 inch. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. There is a bonus room with pool table. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private backyard area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The yard is fenced in with a beautiful wooded lot. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.

House needs some repairs and cleaning!

Upon arrival we first noticed that the house wasn’t freshly cleaned. The porch needed sweeping and spider webs needed removing. There was a broken rocking chair on the front porch. The yard needs a little work as well compared to online pics and especially the back yard. Upon entry, the house smells VERY old and musty. Take plug-ins or air freshener if you rent. The inside of the house needs the floors cleaned / mopped. Bottom of my socks turned black when walking on the floors. The master bedroom comforter needs washing. It is white and dingy looking. The master bathroom’s tub has a giant spot where the top layer is peeling away and most likely causing damage to the property for some time now as there is a strong rust smell in the room. It needs replacing or repaired. The air conditioner broke during the 2nd night of our stay and the repair company told us they had already been out once in an attempt to repair it. They told us it would take 15 minutes to repair but then worked for nearly two hours in an attempt to fix it. It was 81 in the house at 7:15pm. It would have taken hours to cool the house once they repaired it. We ended up leaving a day early because we had no desire to sleep in a hot house. No concession was offered for our inconvenience nor our early departure due to the A/C being broken. I would strongly advise against this being a first choice for rental any time soon. Hopefully the owners will make repairs before renting again!!

We stayed here during our own home renovation. The neighborhood was great, quiet with easy access to reservoir parks and stores. The mall and numerous eating places within a few miles. The owners were friendly and easy to work with on the few occasions that it was needed. Great house with plenty of room

Home away from home

Very nice, recently remodeled home in a nice neighborhood near the reservoir. Living room, dining room, kitchen with a bonus sunroom and pool table. The four bedrooms are all plenty big. It was cold weather while we were there and the gas logs in the living room were perfect. It was nice to have a garage to park in. My communication with the owners was great. Nice people. The home is better than advertised and I would definitely stay there again
