Holly and Al are top notch hosts. Very responsive to communication. They seem to strive for making your stay perfect. The accommodations were great and they had literally everything stocked making our stay so enjoyable. Directions were very clear throughout. Thank you Al and Holly!!

Excellent Vacation

This condo was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed, and then some! Owners were very attentive and available for minor issues at beginning of our stay. Very clean; the cleanest condo we have ever seen. (We have stayed at quite a few of them). We hope to come back to Marco Island, and will definitely stay at this condo again!

White beach, warm water, plenty of shells, dolphins, sunsets, and stars

There is not one negative thing to comment or complain about! Al and Holly were most gracious hosts of any the wife and I have met over the years. You don’t need to pack anything but your clothes as Holly has every single thing you need to be totally comfortable. The penthouse condo was extremely quiet, clean, and cozy with a great beach feel and atmosphere. Highly recommend and 5 stars.

Beautiful Condo

Our condo was so beautiful, clean and right on the beach where you can watch the sunset each night on the balcony. Some restaurants are within walking distance, which is a plus. The beach was never crowded. We needed a relaxing vacation and it was Perfect!

We had the BEST TIME!

Al and Holly are wonderful hosts! Holly communicated very quickly whenever we needed it and was kind and helpful. The resources that come with the rental are great and very thoughtful! We traveled with some disabled senior travelers and we were able to navigate the condo very well. Would definitely recommend.

Definition of vacation

Second time we stayed in this unit, won’t be the last. It’s adorable , everything you need is there, clean, updated and very very comfortable bed. Owners are beyond accommodating. Highly recommend

Superb Trip! Bests hosts ever!

We had a great time and loved everything about our trip. Holly and Al were excellent at answering questions that only a local would know immediately. They were very helpful with dining info and recommendations about local activities. The condo itself was perfectly appointed, had everything we needed and more. Great to have beach stuff... they even had coolers. Way more stuff than listed in the ad. The view is spectacular, we had many cloudy days, but the sunset is priceless when visible. We only gave a 4 star on cleanliness of the property. This has nothing to do with the unit itself, but the fans in the elevator don't work, doors are a little wonky, the keypad on the north entrance didn't work. Nothing that was really bothersome. Would not hesitate to rent again, or any of their other properties. Thanks!

Amazing Sunsets

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to have a relaxing stay. Holly and Al were very responsive when needed. The view from the condo was breathtaking, the beach was amazing. No complaints, we had an awesome time. Will definitely be coming back.

Great vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The property owners were very accessible and cooperative. We had beautiful weather all week. May is a beautiful month on Marco Island. Great weather and no crowds. We highly recommend this property and would rent again.

Wonderful condo with spectacular view

Condo was well stocked and very clean. Totally enjoyed the week. Communication with the owners was easy. Sea winds condos are very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores right up the road. Beach is very nice too!!
