You will be staying in a private apartment (a 592 SF studio on the 4th floor), so you’ll have the space to yourself. You’ll be able to pick up your keys 24/7/365 with our self-check-in process once you’ve completed our guest verification process with your government photo ID.

Each Lodgeur listing is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. You’ll be able to:

- No smoking/vaping inside the property, on the balcony, or around the building
- No pets (except service animals) on short stays; fees and conditions apply on extended stays
- The building requires us to check governments IDs and perform a background check for adults before arrival
- Fees for parties/damages, bringing unauthorized pets, late check-out
