At our home, you'll find luxury amenities and plenty of living space for TEN people. Our home is divided into three PRIVATE suites & provides the perfect place for friends or multiple families to relax and recharge after a long day in NWA. You are booking ALL THREE SUITES when booking our home. In EACH suite, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, luxury amenities, and a furnished outdoor seating area overlooking Fayetteville's College Avenue.



When staying at The Brick House, you'll have access to Suites #2, #3 and #4. The main entrance is the back door leading you to Suite #2. Suite #1 is locked and reserved for owner's use, but the owners WILL NOT be there during your stay. 



All three suites have a similar open concept living room and kitchen setup. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by one of our bright, cozy living rooms. Here, you'll find a plush seating area, 48-inch Roku TV and plenty of natural light flooding in from our paned windows. Through the living room, you'll a dining area - Suites #2 and #3 have 6-top dining tables, while Suite #4 has a 4-top dining table. Past the dining table, you'll find that each suite has a private kitchenette. Though these aren't outfitted with a stove or dish washer, we do provide a hot plate and cookware for your use.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our five luxury bedrooms.

In Suite #2:

(1) Our first Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, 28-inch Smart TV and en suite bath.

(2) Our second Queen bedroom, which is complete with a closet, 28-inch Smart TV and nearby bath.

In Suite #3:

(3) Our third Queen bedroom, which has a closet, 40-inch Smart TV and en suite bath.

(4) Our fourth Queen bedroom, which has a closet, 28-inch Smart TV and nearby bath.

In Suite #4:

(5) KING bedroom, which has a closet, 28-inch Smart TV and nearby bath.



If you're looking to soak up the sights and sounds of Downtown Fayetteville, head outside to one of our private, furnished outdoor areas. All three areas overlook College Avenue!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (except Suite 1-no one will be staying in suite 1 during your stay but note that it is locked off) all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there is surveillance facing the front door to protect the property.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
