Esta casa de 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, piscina climatizada con jacuzzi independiente es ideal para unas excelentes vacaciones familiares. Disfrute tomando el sol en la terraza mientras se da un chapuzón en la piscina climatizada. Relájese y descanse en el jacuzzi/bañera de hidromasaje. Tome su taza de café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche en el muelle y disfrute de la naturaleza de la vida marina en el canal. 5 minutos. El viaje lo llevará a la playa local, Cape Coral Yacht Club en el río Caloosahatchee, la playa de Fort Myers está a 15 minutos en automóvil o en bote. Un viaje de cinco minutos lo llevará al centro de Cape Coral, con muchos restaurantes para elegir. Hay un elevador de botes disponible para su bote o uno alquilado con agua dulce en el muelle. I can't say enough nice things about this home! It was clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the host was so kind and responsive. We moved here from a terrible rental experience at another home at the last minute and Kathy accommodated us wonderfully. This was a rare "what you see is what you get" rental in the best ways, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to stay here again!

Heated pool was fabulous! Nice and warm. Enjoyed being able to dock boat at house. House location is great. Beach close, playground, many restaurants and other attractions close.

We had a great time, me and my wife needed a little rest with no kids around and this house was wonderful!!! The view, the comfort, the hot tub, the pool, everything was great!The house is very clean, quiet and full of equipped with everything we needed! The is very attentive and all the time that we needed her response she answered all of our questions quickly! I really recommend that house with 4 rooms will be awesome for any family our friends for a great time together!

Great Family Vacation House

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It had all the accommodations we could ask for, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed place to stay!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay, amazing owner who is very responsive! House and lanai area was perfect for us. The only down side for us was the fishing wasn't the best at the dock but that's only a part of the vacation so we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

amazing house!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was just as Kathy described. We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful! the teens loved the private pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Best family house

We had a great time with the family from all over everyone loved their rooms and they even had stuff for our little one of 4. They had everything you could think of! Kathy was awesome and I would recommend everyone to stay at this property!

Family, Fun, and Sun

The property had everything we needed and more. It was cozy and inviting. Very clean and well kept. It welcomed our fur-babies. We had an amazing time relaxing in the pool. Watching sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely return! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Back to school family vacay

We booked our stay a week and a half in advance and the host was kind enough to reach out from the start. Self check in was seamless and the home was gorgeous. We are looking to buy in the area and wanted the opportunity to view listings and ensure the kids still had fun while away.

Highly recommend this VRBO

Great place for a family vacation! Very easy to get to. Had everything we needed and more, including beach/pool towels, beach chairs, bikes, games, and lots of outdoor seating. Very clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Would definitely recommend and book this VRBO again.

Awesome house, stocked kitchen

We had fun with 2 families. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, towels, pool toys. Comfortable living area and manager great to work with. We will come back.

I enjoy boating, swimming, the outdoors and beaches in the area and hope that our guests get to the same.

This is a family friendly neighborhood the people in the area are enjoyable and it is a safe area to walk, ride bikes, visit restaurants and boat. The reason we picked the area is the canal direct access to the gulf and the location based on restaurants and the Cape Coral beach and sunsets.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our pool is large as well as the lanai and space around it. Our hot tub is a stand alone, so stays heated to the desired temperature of our guests. We have a lot of seating options and a great area by the canal to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning.
