This centrally located home is located just 7 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Downtown Tampa, and 30 minutes from beach. There is a 70in TV with a sound bar, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a king size bed in the master. When relaxing at the home, enjoy a peaceful oasis backyard full with lush landscaping, a fire pit, and beautiful outdoor lighting. We can't wait to host you!

A nice place to stay if you're going to a game or concert at the stadium.

The place is nice, clean, and within walking distance to the stadium. The master bedroom's bathroom does not have a door for privacy but there is an additional bathroom. There's also a nice seating area in the back yard.

Nice place

Overall, our stay was very good. The location was convenient and within range of a lot of different places. The house was clean. The yard was nice. We were very pleased and would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Great place to stay for events

This place was great, and perfect for staying at while my friends and partner and I were all going to a concert nearby. It is comfortable and clean, and the location isn’t bad if you would like to go to the Tampa Bay stadium as it’s just a walk away from the house, but the stadium could get loud at night and be bothersome to sleep at night.There were some minor inconveniences like the front left stove burner was not working, the lighting of the kitchen and dining area was dim even with the light fully turned on, and the fan in one of the bedrooms is loud but a nice droning sound when falling asleep.Otherwise, the place does have a nice relaxing charm to it, and Duane was a fantastic host for letting us stay here. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you Duane for letting us stay at your wonderful place! :)

Wonderful House

The house was just as described. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, clean, lots of towels, internet was very good as I had to work one day. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here while in Tampa. Duane was wonderful.

This house was a great find. It was clean and felt like a home away from home. The decor was fun and it was the perfect amount of rooms and beds our family was looking for.

Nice stay

The place was cute and cozy with everything we needed for the short stay. Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants convenient stores. Right off the highway which was practical since we needed to visit downtown frequently. Traffic was minimal. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

Great location if you’re traveling to airport or cruise port!!! We stayed a night just before we went to cruise port and it was perfect! Love the decor! The air fresheners were great but a little strong and overbearing. Otherwise amazing, we would definitely stay again!!!

A chill spot

Duane was quick to respond anytime I had a question. Quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to shops and downtown. Definitely would recommend if you are in town for a Bucs game, the stadium is walking distance. Overall had a very relaxing stay.

Just Right

This property met our needs while in Tampa. Close to a relative we were visiting and easy to find our way to restaurants and other places of interest. Very clean, owner attentive through email, kitchen well equipped for the cooking we did. No fault of the owner but neighbors had a big party the first night we were there, kicking things off at 3 a.m.! All in all a great stay in beautiful Tampa.

Spring Break Getaway

Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is nice and big with beautiful appliances. There is, however, no toaster or coffee maker. Laundry room clean and washer and dryer very new. Overall, wonder place to stay.

Double booked

My booking got double booked the night before we flew out. This put me in such a bind and though I was thankfully refunded, the process was daunting and took a lot of fussing and being transferred to be placed somewhere new within only hours of check in.

Cute property!

This property is a nice house, very spacious for our group of 5. The house was extremely clean and well organized. I didn’t receive the code ahead of time so I had to contact the owner for instructions to get in. We had to use the lockbox because the internet was out locally. But the device never worked after the internet was restored. Just being nit-picky: the master bedroom doesn’t have a cooling fan and got rather hot in that room during the night. There’s not a door to the master bathroom so if your sharing rooms with friends that made it hard. The water pressure in the showers is very low. The coffee pot didn’t work. Overall this property was very clean and had extra commodities that I haven’t had in a short term rental before. The owner was very responsive to questions during the check in process despite not receiving the code ahead of time.

Short Stay

Aesthetically speaking, this is a very beautiful home, and we enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few issues and inaccuracies that should be attended to. To begin with, check-in was far from flawless. We were given a code for an electronic lock, however the mechanism was clearly not properly installed and we had to contact the company to get into the home. We did appreciate their quick response and did not have to wait long, so their communication skills were definitely a plus! The kitchen that is described as "fully stocked" had many expired foods in the cupboards that should have been cleared out during standard cleanings. There were roaches and dead insects in the laundry room and in two of the bedrooms. Some dishes had food crust on them, many of the lights need rewiring or updating, and the showers' water went up to lukewarm at best. This all being said, the home met our needs/necessities and our stay was enjoyable none the less. These are less complaints and more just details that the owners can study to update this home and improve it for the next renters. The backyard provided a wonderful ambience and privacy, the neighborhood was peaceful and absolutely lovely. There is a Walmart a few blocks away so we could go out to buy anything we needed fairly quickly. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of AC, and an overall hospitable environment/ homey feeling in this rental. Would definitely still recommend and choose to stay in again!
